Located just 3 miles from the infamous 'Quiet Resorts' at Bethany Beach this spacious, bright and airy contemporary beach house offers you a bit of Margaritaville charm and a whole lot of fun!

Enjoy your time at the beach or relax poolside in a private, in-ground pool surrounded by lush, professionally designed gardens. Includes an expansive deck equipped with retractable awning, outside tables, seating and gas grill.

The interior features soaring ceilings in the LR, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island with seating and open to a spacious dining area for comfortable dining and entertainment. Additional interior features include:

* Two story tile foyer with powder room

* Master Bedroom Suite - located poolside on main level with King sized bed, two night stands, dresser with mirror, armoire w/42' flat screen TV, lamps, ceiling fan, sliders to deck and newly renovated private full bath with stand up shower.

*2nd and 3rd Bedrooms - located on upper level, one with Queen bed and one with 2 Full sized beds. Each with night stands, lamps, dressers, ceiling fan, and TV. One with views of bay and other with view of pool.

This was the perfect vacation retreat. The house was very clean, spacious, and the pool was gorgeous. It was one of the hottest weeks of the summer, so the pool along with the central air kept us all very comfortable for the whole week. The home owner was extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Vacation Rental Experience!!!

From booking to check out this entire vacation experience was wonderful. The house was super clean and beautiful (even better than the photos). And the host Carol and her husband were both very pleasant to work with, attentive to our needs and very responsive via phone and text. Beautiful home with lovely upgrades. Clean and welcoming. This was our second stay and we loved our time there. Owner is friendly and very accommodating. Pool was a huge hit with everyone. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A great vacation spot!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I and my brother and his wife returned for another great visit to this wonderful Bethany Beach area home. The house has everything you need to enjoy a week away at the beach, and when you tire of the beach you get to come back to the backyard deck and pool and relax some more. A very quiet neighborhood, and yet just a few miles from the restaurants and shops of Bethany, Fenwick and Ocean City. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay here, and the owners are a delight.

The beach house is very clean and well-kept located in a quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the pool and made good use out of it. The proximity of the house to beaches, walking trails and restaurants is a definite plus. Happy with our choice.

Great Stay in Ocean View

This was our third stay at this wonderful house near Bethany Beach, Delaware. This is a very comfortable home with a great outdoor deck and private pool. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms and other living spaces are perfect for couples and family. The owner is responsive and the neighborhood is private and quiet. We highly recommend this property.

There is a grocery called G&E Market, Tom & Terry's Seafood, Big Fish Restaurant and Hickman's Package liquor store all within 2 miles.
