- MAIN LIVING ROOM: Once you've walked in through the custom-made gate, and through the custom-carved wood front doors, as you look through the MAIN LIVING ROOM windows you will be greeted with a sense of openness and the phenomenal views of the desert surroundings along with the private pool, hot tub, & water feature in the backyard.

This room is fabulous for entertaining or to cuddle up in front of the fireplace, watch the 65" Smart TV (use your own streaming log-ins) and relax.

- UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM: Go up the custom-made stairs and you will find yourself in the UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM/DEN. There is a sofa w/a pull-out Q bed, a love seat, 2 bean-bags for the kids to relax in, a Foosball table, and its own wet bar, bathroom, and access to the upstairs patio with breathtaking views.

- UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE PATIO: While upstairs, grab a cocktail and go outside to the UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE PATIO area to enjoy the mountain and private desert views from this fabulous space - it is SO relaxing & the views SO gorgeous....you will NOT want to go back inside the house.

- KITCHEN: The well-equipped/supplied Gourmet KITCHEN, with granite countertops, SubZero fridge/freezer & a Viking gas stove/oven, opens up to a Dining Area/Hang-Out Area that is perfect for casual entertaining for friends/family.
- Kitchen also has bar seating with bar stools.

- POOL/HOT TUB: The private pool/hot tub-spa patio area offers TOTAL privacy for relaxing or entertaining.
- Note: HOT TUB can be heated and is included in rental fee.
- Heating Pool is a separate fee. (Pool DOES NOT need to be heated during summer months, May-Sept)

- FIREPIT: There is a natural-gas fire- pit that is fantastic for gathering around, sharing stories and enjoying the desert night.

- GOLF CART: The use of the golf cart IS INCLUDED in the rental.
- The BOULDERS: The Award-Winning Boulders Golf Courses & Spa ARE FABULOUS! Make sure to call these places directly & in advance for reservations - the courses/services are VERY busy. Btw, The Boulders Spa is an amazing space to escape for the day.

NOTE: Access to the Boulders' amenities IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental. All use of the Boulders' facilities are direct pay and can be directly reserved via the Boulders Resort.
