Thank you for the review Gina, happy to hear our place has met your expectation. Pool deck gets pressure wash every season, but definitely will look into getting this done more often as suggested with our high traffic area. Hope to see you and your family again in the future.

Happy the issues was resolved, sometimes the best way is to reset the router and everything will run smoothly. Our area has been upgraded to fiber optic so has been getting pretty good signal. Thank you for staying with us.

We are very sorry to hear that our vacation home did not meet your high standard of expectation. The guest before you and all past guests had only good things to say about the home. The maid had just throughly cleaned the house before your check in and would have gladly cleaned the house once more if needed. However your family left our place so quickly the next day before we were given a chance to resolve any issues. Our neighbors said your family seems to be having a great time, swimming in the pool and sun bathing on the dock. There were no left over food in the fridge, only some unopened water bottles and condiments in the fridge for your used, all outlets do work. There were no dirty men underwear, no mold was found, blinds in all bedrooms were newly replace just 1 year ago, the old tv box outlet you were referring to was above a ceiling wall corner, cleared from the guest viewing, as we had installed a new bigger TV unit in the Master bedroom and living room, so this would not have been an issued. Dirty ceiling fans? water damage behind refrigerator? Why were you even moving the fridge out from the wall? These were all functional and in a very good working condition, it is very unlikely to have caused any issue for your stay. All that you have claimed seem to be someone who is looking for a brand new home to purchase and is undergoing home inspections. I do feel as though your family went to the extreme to seek out a reason to leave the next day for other plans you may have had?
