Located at 634 Monmouth St., our studio apartment in our little boutique hotel, is 3 blocks to the Northern Kentucky riverfront (Newport on the Levee), or a 20-minute walk to downtown Cincinnati/ REDS games. Surrounded by great restaurants, nightlife, and family activities. Close to aquarium, stadiums, shopping.
Two newer music venues recently added: MegaCorp and Brady. Both within walking distance!!
You’ll love the ambiance, the outdoors space, the lively neighborhood, the people! It will all give you a historic perspective of this quaint town!
Free Parking! Parking lot is located at 634 Orchard St, directly behind the inn. This unit has one spot only!

We loved our stay! It’s even cuter in person (especially the bathroom!) and the room was spotless and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and resolved the parking issue we had quickly. We loved the snack basket waiting for us, lovely touch. Would 100% return when back in the area!

This place is a gem. Loved everything about it. And great location to everything. We came for baseball games and an easy walk over to stadium along with a ton of restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back next time we come down!

I have stayed at the Inn a couple of times now and the experience has been absolutely fantastic each time. The rooms are affordable and VERY comfortable, the location is great given the different restaurants and bars and proximity to Cincinnati, and the service and hospitality Jeff and Terri provide are incredible. I won't even CONSIDER staying somewhere else when I'm in that area! I can't recommend this place enough.

Stayed here a number of times, always reliably clean, comfortable, and convenient. Hosts are superb, and the neighborhood has all you could want in walkable restaurants, coffee shops and diversions.

Everything was just like it was in the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom in an old charm building. We enjoyed the closeness to all things Newport.

Very nice place! Loved hearing the history of the building, from the workers in the Urban Chick boutique! Great location, within walking distance to tons of businesses. Will definitely stay again, when in town!

It was just as described, and was perfect for our one night stay. We wished we were staying another night, but had travel plans. It was cute, cozy, comfy, and met our expectations. We've marked this place as one to book for future trips to this area.

We are empty nesters. Terri loves walking to the farmers market, shopping in the antique stores, and of course bourbon! Jeff loves all of the music venues within walking distance. We also enjoy walking the "East Row" and enjoying the 19th century architecture of the beautiful homes.

Our Innkeepers, Terri Smith and Jeff Zemanek had a vision to create a small boutique hotel allowing guest to experience the best of Historic Newport. This 300 sqft Studio has a kitchenette, new Serta Queen iComfort bed and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Located just a few blocks from the Ohio River, we are located right in the heart of the historic district in a beautiful turn of the century building. If you would also like to experience the big city, a walk or carriage ride to downtown Cincinnati creates a whole new dimension. The end result is a luxurious stay, which combines the best of both worlds.... and free parking!!!
