Oceanfront Townhouse steps to the Beach

You will love this 3-bedroom townhouse! It has everything you need for your Atlantic Beach trip. The unit comes with Roku TV, a gas grill and a convenient kitchen. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, cafes, and beaches. In Particular we are less than a block away from the Atlantic Beach circle and its many restaurants. An ideal base to explore Atlantic Beach. If you have any questions please message me!

The home has a nice kitchen with all the necessities. It has a wonderful walk in tile shower and a full bathtub. We provide all linens as well as beach towels and chairs. The large deck off the family room is great for relaxing or grilling. We are in walking distance to restaurants and play equipment on the beach. The house is a short drive to historical Beaufort and the ferry to Cape Look out. The NC Aquarium is only about 5 miles from the home. This location would also be great for wedding venues or as a reception, please contact us for further details

The entire upper unit is space access and usable by guest. The down stairs is also available to rent. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles per town house

Atlantic Beach is part of the North Carolina Southern Outer-banks. It is a great location for fishing, swimming, kayaking, nature walks. The beaches are pristine and has very little crowd and lots of natural areas to enjoy. The areas boast great restaurants and many museums and water activities. Carteret County is well known for its out door living from boating to hunting and the wild ponies on Shakleford Banks

Many areas are in walking distance. There are shops that rent kayaks, boats, SIP, jet ski, and bicycles. A vehicle is needs for many of the day trips.

The area is a great vacation spot. It has water activities to be taken solo, couple or group. There are water actives galore.
- Hunting dog allowed outside in a kennel or in the storage shed
- Crib available upon request.

-There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for the first pet and $150 for the second.

Great Location

Great stay and great location! Wish there were mirrors in the bedroom and not just the bathroom. This would help when multiple people are trying to get ready. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

Great Location (but)

Atlantic beach is a quiet family- (and dog-) friendly little beach town and this property is in about as perfect a location as you can get without being directly on the beach. If being within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops as well as being a stone’s throw from a beach access walkway is your priority, then this may be the place for you. If you have a dog, this may be one of the few, if not the only, options for you. This property is all about pet-friendly location, and it delivers. There are a few things to consider before booking. The property feels a little neglected. Guests will contend with little things like the kitchen faucet that kind of flops around for example. There are also hazards around that could cause injury to younger children and pets (rusty screw in the driveway, large splinter on the stairs, ant infestation in the yard to name a few). When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. We were able to contact management. They offered us the option of staying in their other properties. We chose to stay where we were and wash the bedding and towels ourselves. Cleaners arrived the following morning to clean up the place.There is a lot to like about this property. It has a lot of potential and as I mentioned, the location is hard to beat. It’s clear however that the property has seen better days. We probably wouldn't stay again, but it could be a good fit for you if you set your expectations appropriately.

This little house is our favorite spot to stay on the beach. It is directly across from access to a beautiful, not crowded, beach. The house is clean and well equipped.

Birthday getaway

Rental was in a great location , beach and area was awesome. The only slight and I say slight problem was we could not see the lockbox at night and had some issues getting in . The numbers are all very hard to make out and there’s very little light.

Awesome house at Atlantic Beach

The house was all ready for our vacation . The house is spotless , it is bright and cheery . We enjoy sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean. Kim provides everything from beach chairs to night lights!! There was plenty of room for the four of us . We appreciate that it is dog friendly . The house is a just a block from shops and a great donut shop!!

Perfect location

We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. (That's what we called it! 🙂) Kim was great about answering all our questions and the mattress we slept on was wonderful! I think there were people in the downstairs unit, but never heard them. Loved that we could grill, hang out on the deck, and could see the ocean. We absolutely would stay there again!

Very Clean and Allows Pets!

We stayed in the upstairs cottage. Everything was very clean. Although I have a pet, I'm always weary of what I'm walking into when a place allows pets. There was no evidence of previous pets which was nice. Bathrooms were clean! The owner allowed us to check in early with no problems. I reached out to her once before the stay and once on our way in, and she was very quick to respond. The deck is large and spacious with four Adirondack chairs and two benches. Plenty of space to keep your beach chairs/wagon and still sit around with your family and friends. And you are directly across from a well maintained beach access. The only con is there needs to be hooks to hang towels. I had to hang my bath towel on a hanger in the closet to allow it to dry. So if you happen to have an over-the-door hanger or command hooks you may want to bring them.

Super-cute beach house with a great ocean view from deck, living room, and kitchen windows. Clean and freshly painted with fun beach decor. Just steps to public beach access. Kim was great. Very positive and responded quickly to our questions. Pet friendly area. Walking distances to fun restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice getaway

Great location and cute cottage. Walked to beach across the street and walked to all kinds of restaurants. Short 9 minute drive to downtown Beaufort.

This a a wonder home in a great location. It is totally renovated and has new furniture. It is located allowing for great access to all the wonderful activies Carteret County has to offer. It has three nice size bedrooms two bath and a huge deck. It has an open concept living area. The downstair unit is also available for rent.
