This condo is very spacious! Located in a clean, conveniently located building just a short drive from the popular Pier Park area, this unit provides a home away from home. With a wrap around balcony on the 3rd floor, views of the west pool, the beach, and the sun setting are a definite plus! The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, Gulf view bay window, private balcony door, a large bathroom with double vanities and a deep garden tub with separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed with a full private bathroom and a view of the beach. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds and a full bathroom as well. The Bunk area has two bunk beds and will sleep 4 people (max. 135 lbs. on top bunks.) Our Living room has a Loveseat with a full size sleeper, a large sofa, two recliners and a dining area that may seat up to 14. Two large pools and two hot tubs are available outside and there is a heated indoor pool as well. The Fitness room has a spa area with two hot tubs, sauna, shower and steam rooms. There is a game room and a family theatre also on site. Waves Restaurant, a market with Starbucks coffee and ice cream, a Tiki bar and beach chair service are also available on site during prime season. Hours are limited in the Winter season. In this large unit, families may enjoy the luxury of being together at the Beach with enough room for some private time as well! This home is approx. 15 minutes from the PCB International Airport with a covered parking garage and enclosed walkway from garage to building. Located minutes from upscale shopping, dining and activity areas but far enough for some peaceful quiet time, this location is perfect for a relaxing family vacation! Please note, I only accept bookings from the primary renter who will be staying in the condominium unit. If the required information in the rental agreement is not submitted within 8 hours of the booking request, your booking request will be denied. Thank you for your interest in my property.

Beautiful, spacious condo on the beach!

This condo was beautiful and had plenty of room for our party of 12 with 6 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids. The living space was bigger than we expected and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was very clean. Anna was great at communicating and was very responsive when our code to the door wasn't working and I had to call her at 11 PM. She took care of it immediately. She was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay there again!

Great views and room was very spacious

The room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Being on the beach was wonderful. Had great balcony chairs & tables for enjoying the view. The pool was nice as well. The manager communicated very well throughout the process. It was challenging getting to the room & check out as there is only 1 elevator.

Looking for the "perfect" family house on the beach?

I FOUND IT!! YES, the aroma of bacon & eggs lures all 13 of us from our many individual bedrooms to the spacious dining area for a big family breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. Afterwards, just walk out to the sand 'n surf playground...or people-watch from your roomy balcony...or enjoy the lazy river indoor pool...or take a short drive to go-karts, mini-golf, Pier Park, ice cream...the hard part is waiting on the elevators to get us all there! Memories made...family bonding...YEP! We are already booked for next year! CAN'T WAIT!! SHERRIE MC...TN

Family Vacation

Condo is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. My family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children (ages 5-14) enjoyed the large living space and wrap around balcony. The property is a wonderful space for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

This condo was breathtaking from the moment we walked in and very family friendly. Had everything our big family needed with lots of kids. Our favorite hang out spot was the balcony looking over the beach enjoying a cup of coffee listening to the waves. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to go tourist around! Had direct contact with Anna. Anything we needed or asked she was very quick with her response to us. We will look to see if this unit is available on a future visit. LOVED IT!

Perfect for large family vacation!

The condo was clean and very spacious in living area and bedrooms! Perfect spot for a family of 11 with small children to play! Close to grocery store and good food options and pools were large enough to comfortably accommodate lots of families!

Beautiful Condo and Great Views!

This condo was light and airy, clean and comfortable. We had 13 people total and we had plenty of sleeping and hanging out room. We had additional family staying in another room; they joined us for family dinner several nights…still we had enough room. I can’t say enough about this particular condo and owner. Anna was very good and prompt with communication and details. We highly recommend Anna and her condo for anyone interested in staying at the Tidewater Resort.

Amazing vacation!!

The pictures for this unit don't do it any justice at all! We had 10 people in our group and had way more than enough room!! It was beautiful, very roomy, extremely clean and the view was outstanding. Anna is a phenomenal host!! Her communication was flawless and she's very sweet and informative!! The elevators are pretty slow at peak times, but that's what's great about this unit. Being on the 3rd floor makes it super easy and convenient to get to by using the stairs! We would, without a doubt, stay here or any of Anna's properties again!!

Great place, wonderful owner!

This unit is so spacious and was very well stocked with necessities and extras. Our kids loved the bunk room- it was just right for 4 kids 8-10years old. Anna was very easy to contact and “checked in” to make sure everything was up to par! The building is very large, so we definitely got our steps in. Hope to stay again!

Anna was a Godsend

God blessed my family and I with finding this condo and Anna! From the very first conversation with Anna until the writing of this review, Anna has been awesome!!! The pictures you see on VRBO do not do the condo justice. The views are amazing! This is the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The condo has everything you need to stay for a weekend or a month. While we were there, hurricane Ian had not decided it’s path coming out of the Florida Keys. Anna called to make sure we were aware of the situation. She stayed in contact with us until we new Ian was not coming toward Panama City. If you are looking for a great place to stay on your next vacation, I highly recommend this condo! You would also receive the benefit of getting Anna to take care of you and your family!!!!!!! Thank you again Anna! God Bless you and your family!!!

Excellent Condo and a wonderful time

We had a large family vacation at this PCB condo and were very satisfied. The condo was HUGE, clean, comfortable, and with amazing views. We had up to 14 guests on two nights, and the condo easily accommodated that—plenty of room for big family dinners, game nights, and movie viewing. The balcony wraps around this end unit, giving you stunning views of the beach, pool, and sunset. The beach was amazing, although it's a bit crowded. If you want a spot close to the water, I suggest bringing some of your chains down early to claim a spot for later in the day. You get two premium beach chairs and an umbrella with this unit! I suggest getting with the workers right when they open and getting a couple of chairs behind where you set up the rest of your gear. A word of warning: This is a big building with many units. Getting in and out is the only real hassle we experienced with this unit. The process of checking in and out will take 60 to 90 minutes, so count that. And the elevators take ages. However, luckily, you are only on the 3rd floor and close to some stairs. Once we were checked in, we mostly avoided the elevators and opted for using the stairs, saving us a ton of time. There was some confusion when checking in over the number of bands we could have - but the owner quickly jumped on that for me and cleared it up in no time. I was very impressed. Speaking of the owner: She was straightforward to work with and solved any problems we had. There was an air condition problem one day, and she was on the phone with me in minutes troubleshooting and had a tech in the condo that day. Overall, I loved this unit and would stay there again! Great times.

Anna was fabulous to work with and her condo was BEAUTIFUL!!! The only negative is the SLOW SLOW elevators which she was honest about and the rudeness of the staff. But as far as her condo and her goes I give her a 10/10

Wonderful Unit

We had a family gathering of 6 adults and 4 children (12, 11, and 8 yrs.) We were all comfortable during the week’s stay and it is quiet inside the unit. Great views from the balcony. Anna (owner) is lovely to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The one drawback is the building itself. The stairs were not built to go all the way down to beach level. Everyone is funneled to a central stairway.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful condo, and large enough to accommodate our group of 10 without running over each other. Fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze. The beds are so amazing! I woke up feeling great every morning! The bunk room worked out well with 4 children. The 3rd floor location is fantastic, you can take the stairs and avoid the congestion at the elevators. Anna is a perfect host, and we will definitely book with her again! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect Property- Exceeded Expectations

Anna’s condo was perfect in every regard. We had plenty of space for our extended family (6 adults, 5 kids). The view was spectacular, the unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I appreciated all the extra little conveniences Anna provided, from baskets in the pantry to organize a week of groceries, to beach toys, and enough household supplies to get us started before heading to the store. Having a 3rd floor unit was perfect- even our 3 year old did the stairs by herself every time we went up/down so we only had to take the elevator when we arrived and departed. The furniture- including the beds , sofas and dining seating- was all very comfortable. The views from the master bedroom can’t be beat! Thank you, Anna for a fantastic family vacation!

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for tge holiday week with multiple families. Anna was great to communicate with and had everything in the condo. The amount of electric plugs, towels, and supplies were great. Even included the beach backpack chairs for off season. Highly recommend the resort and this end unit.

Ther than the red tide a couple days we had the best time!

You couldn't ask for a better or well maintained condo! All of the amenities of home were there. My communication with property owner was outstanding. Always keeping us updated! We will rent again.

The VIEW!!! This property is only a one-day drive from Nashville TN. The new Airport is located only 15 minutes from this beachfront property! The size, location and comfort of this unit ensures that everyone staying here will have room to relax & enjoy their own space in a beautiful setting. The on-site amenities & local area attractions add to the overall package that make this a great place to be.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The wrap around balcony on the west end has a spectacular view.
The lower 3rd floor allows for easy access to load items in & out or get to the pool & beach. There is no need to wait on the elevator if you are able to walk up and down stairs. The location is perfect. Most everything is within walking distance or a short driving distance. We are near popular Pier Park but far enough away to offer some relief from crowds and traffic. We have installed a RING doorbell for additional security in this unit.
