This beautifully decorated large 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo in one of the best resorts on the beach will fill up soon! Book now so you can enjoy your special time in Panama City Beach! This is a family friendly resort with a minimum age of 25 for renters. Condo and balcony are smoke free.

Unit 1702 in Tower 1 on the 17th floor is a large condo that sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 kings, 2 queens, built-in twin XL bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Oceanfront Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and a wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 2nd Master Suite has a king size bed, private bath and a wall mounted 32" ROKU Smart TV

The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and wall mounted 40" ROKU Smart TV

The 4th bedroom has built-in twin bunk beds and a wall mounted 24" ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player

Living room has sleeper/sofa (sofa opens up to queen size bed), 4 side chairs, 58" wall mounted ROKU Smart TV with Blue Ray player

Dining room table and seating for 8, room for 4 more at the counter and 4 more on the patio. Most condos that sleep 12 don't have enough dining space. All 12 can eat together in this condo!

Granite countertops and stainless kitchen appliances highlight this fully equipped kitchen for all your meal prep needs.

Patio has Polywood furniture.

Full-size front-end load washer and dryer.

This condo was amazing. When walking in, the first thing we noticed was how clean and nice everything was. As we started to get settled, we couldn't believe all the little details. Literally everything you could have imagined. Beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen spices and appliances, etc. More than enough supplies to get you started. Every bathroom had hand soap and every bedroom had powerstrips to charge all your devices. Games and movies. T.V.s were easy to use. You can tell these hosts have been doing this for a long time. When I say they have thought of everything, I mean EVERYTHING! Even the lights were labeled. You have no idea how nice that is. We have stayed at other condos at PCB and this by far has been the best and easiest experience we have had. Plenty of room for our group (6 adults and 2 toddlers). Furniture on the balcony was very nice and a great view of the beach. The facility had some really nice amenities as well. A movie theater, starbucks, fitness room, and several pools. The hosts are easy to communicate with and get back with you very quickly when you have a question. Definitely want to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We did find some sand in one of the bunks, but I let them know and they had brand new sheets delivered immediately. We also were able to grab an earlier check in, so we understand that sometimes that rushes the cleaners. The automatic door lock broke while we were there and they were so on top of the whole situation. It is a great place to stay with wonderful owners!

Beautiful unit right on beach with lots of amenities. Beach/ocean views from LR and MBR, immaculately clean and exceptional Hosts. The ONLY thing we did not like was the long walk from parking garage across street to condo. Overall we LOVED it!!!

This property was all it was advertised to be! The rooms were good size, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for all nine of us. The balcony was a good size so that we could mostly all be on it together just watching the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped as well. The living room was a good space to just wind down as well. The resort itself was beautiful, family friendly, and all staff were kind and helpful!The hosts were so accommodating and responsive as we ended up getting there earlier than anticipated and they were very kind and helpful with accommodations!

Condo was spacious and had everything that we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and blow up tubes and rafts. The view of the ocean at 17 floors up was amazing!

We had a great stay at this condo. I normally would not stay on a high floor but this particular condo had the bedding that we needed so we rented it. I was nervous but with the views we had, I really didn't think about how high we were up. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

Very nice condo. We had everything we needed for our stay. Condo has a great view of the beach. We even got to see dolphins in the morning will drinking coffee on the balcony. Would come back again.

Just right for the 9 of us.It was great having our coffee on balcony every morning before going to the beach. Elevators were fast and parking was easy. Had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of towels, soap, and other supplies. Also Ray and Susan were quick to respond. Made for a great family vacation. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Great place!

Everything was great!! The owners were great and answered all of our questions quickly and were super helpful and nice. The only suggestion is new mattresses in bunk and duel queen rooms. They are older and not very comfortable. Otherwise I give it a 10 out of 10!

Great Hosts and Perfect for Families

My family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) stayed for a week and loved the condo! There was plenty of space for us to spread out when needed, but we still got to enjoy the time together with the large balcony area, big dining table, and plenty of seating in the living room. The checkin and parking was very smooth with their instructions. We enjoyed Thelma and hot tubs daily. The beach views are fabulous from the balcony. Overall, it was a great trip, and we were blessed to stay with them!

Great family vacation!

Everything was clean and well maintained! Pools and hot tub were wonderful! Our room was only a few steps to the elevator to our room and then right next to the pool area and beach access when you go to the ground floor! Everyone loved everything about this condo!

The condo is amazing! This was our 4th spring vacation in this unit and it's always perfect - well maintained and extremely clean. The owners are very easy to work with and the check-in, check-out process is flawless. The resort is in close proximity to stores, restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this condo - you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful View and Great Stay!

We loved everything about this property!The decor, the location, the view, the amenities!This is our second stay at the Majestic. We returned as we enjoy everything about the area and the building. The heated indoor pool and outside hot tubs were the highlight of our stay being it was a cooler & windy (double red flag) week. Our oldest son also enjoys the gym here!This individual condo supplied anything you could ever want for the beach - toys, chairs, towels, balls, bubbles, etc. The 4 bedrooms allowed our kids to have their own sleeping spaces, and they thoroughly enjoyed having their own TVs in each room.The view from the balcony was amazing from the living room & the Master Bedroom.We were within walking distance to the pier and Pineapple Willies. The entire condo was spacious and welcoming!(PS - I loved the Master Bedroom decor & bathroom!)You will not find too many keep-worthy seashells on the beach, but you will find a nice spacious area to relax and enjoy the gorgeous emerald waters.The host was in full communication the entire time and was helpful and super responsive to any questions and supplied perfect instructions for prior check-in. We had not one worry upon our arrival, so thank you so much for doing so and letting us enjoy your home 3

Great time at PCB

Ray and Susan were the best! They had everything you would need from cooking utensils, games, beach toys and chairs. We definitely over packed! The place was clean and we felt at home. I can't wait for our next stay!
