Go big or be at home! This house has it all!! We didn't skip a beat when we remodeled this home. With the three bedroom, two bath, and main living area that we fully opened up, you will be enjoying your family full time! This house has it all and you will not be disappointed!

We completed this house with all the essentials you would need to have the vacation of your dreams. Luxury linens and brand new furniture ensure that you relax in comfort. Plush beach towels and bath towels will have you wanting to stay a few days longer. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to cook or grill. Pour yourself a fresh cup of coffee, or wine, or set the crock pot for dinner, you will have it all if needed. Our goal was to give you all the comforts of home and spoil you with a few more.

Enjoy the pool on those hot afternoons and walk to the beach just minutes away when you need the sand beneath your feet. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, games, beach cart, and more are provided so you don't have to worry about any of that once you are here. We have a fully fenced back yard and outside shower so you can let your little ones run free and rinse the salty waters off of them with ease.

When you aren't enjoying the interiors of this home you can hop on one of the bicycles we provide and ride on down to one of the many eateries or establishments close by. With lots of local restaurants and bars near by you can relax or head to the grocery store that is also close at hand and cook inside or outside on the grill. Either way, you'll be nestled in all the comforts of home.

There are so many things to do locally that you might forget there are theme parks just a little over an hour away. Within walking or bike riding you will find lots of great places to eat, grab groceries, libations, or sign yourself up for a fishing excursion. There are two public beaches with life guards and public facilities near by, as well. Drive into Daytona and catch a race, take a tour, hit the mini golf, or one of the many famous landmarks that make this place such a great stay! St. Augustine is just north 45-50 minutes and you will not be disappointed if you love small town history and stunning architecture.

During the Covid-19 outbreak we did add security cameras to the exterior of the home because it was sitting vacant for months when we couldn’t rent. The cameras are intended for when the home is empty and not to watch guests. They are purposely pointed at the doorways and walkways in to the home only. Please know this is not to invade anyone’s privacy but was solely put in place to protect our home from looters or transients trying to gain access.
