Experience the Gulf’s charm at Galveston Useazatt View, a Gulf-front condo on the 3rd floor of By The Sea Condos on Seawall Blvd. Wake up to a vibrant sunrise or take a peaceful walk along the shoreline, inhaling the refreshing salt air. Babe’s Beach is just steps away, and the condo’s central location puts you close to Galveston’s top dining, shopping, and attractions. After a day at the beach or exploring the island, unwind with a refreshing dip in the pool or kick back on the balcony.

The unobstructed 3rd-floor Gulf view will take your breath away. Relax on the breezy 24-foot balcony and let your worries slip away as you sip a cup of coffee while watching a spectacular sunrise. Your memories of the Gulf will linger long after your footprints in the sand are gone.

After a day at the beach, gather your group and stroll on Seawall Boulevard. Perhaps you’ll see playful dolphins frolicking in the surf or screeching seagulls as they soar over the Gulf.

The condo is spacious at 1000 sq. feet. The living, dining, and kitchen areas have a Gulf front view. Two 11-foot sliders lead to a 24-foot Gulf Front balcony. The south bedroom overlooks the Gulf.

The kitchen is fully furnished. We also supply a starter kit of paper plates, cups, towels, and toilet paper. Linens/towels are provided for up to 4 guests. There are 2 queen-size beds and a queen-size automatic air mattress.

The delightful condo decor has a fun, funky, flip-flop theme. Compared to other units at the condo complex, this unit has received many updates and upgrades.

The condo complex is perfect for families or couples with shared amenities. The amazing pool area has plenty of seating and propane grills underneath a pergola to shade you from the hot summer sun. Friendly staff at the front desk are manned 24/7. There is plenty of parking on the north and south sides of the building. A $35 parking pass is required.

Great place to stay!

This condo has everything we needed for our extended stay. The best stocked condo we have ever stayed at and Kat was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive, prompt to answer questions. And sincerely cared about your stay! Definitely would stay here the next time in Texas!

The location was great. Wonderful views from balcony. Super nice staff in the building. Cat was easy to communicate with. There is a lot of traffic in front of the condo but it’s very quiet with the outside door closed but quite loud when you’re sitting outside

Great Condo at By the Sea

Owners have done a great job of remodeling, the double paned sliding doors to balcony really kept out the traffic noise from Seawall. Very well stocked with cooler and wagon and beach chairs. Includes free use of umbrella and chairs at Babes Beach (well free to renter). crock pot and air fryer are nice touches and Queen inflatable mattress came in handy.

Anniversary Stay

My husband and I booked this place for our Anniversary. It was a great stay, beds were comfry, place was clean, loved sitting on the balcony and watching the view. The blower on the furnace went out the second day we were there (which wasn’t a big deal) & Cat was wonderful and got the AC to fix it asap. Not a lot of noise coming from others staying there, and the front desk lady we had was hilarious, she even laughed at my husbands bad jokes lol. Great place! Thanks for the stay!

Perfect for the family

We had a fantastic time in this fun and funky joint. Don't leave your flip flops behind, they'll probably end up as decor! It's perfectly located with an unobstructed view of the gulf and minutes from the top attractions like Moody Gardens and Shlitterbahn. The amenities were great and the space was very comfortable. Well done.

Great condo

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It was furnished with everything we needed. The view is awesome and the condo is clean. The owner is always available by phone and quick to respond to emails. We checked out on the 4-25-2010 and she had a deposit check in the mail by 4-28-2010. Nice.

Weekend staycation in Galveston

Husband, son and I stayed here for 2 nights for a mini stay-cation before ramping up for the school year. We had a fantastic time! Loved the beach chairs and umbrella rental included, beach literally right across the street. The wagon and cooler provided with the rental also came in handy for carting stuff to/from the beach. The view from the balcony every morning and evening was great as well. Owners communication was fantastic, zero complaints. Quiet property, felt secure leaving truck parked out from at night etc. Will definitely book again!!

Beyond our expectations

Wonderful condo, exceeded our expectations! The condo is very clean, well stocked and with items that you wouldn't expect but so happy that you have them. Loved the balcony that is accessable from both the living area as well as the main bedroom. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathrooms, and also that the kitchen had everything you could need to cook with. Condo is within walking distance of the beach and conveniently located to all the attractions. Would definitely recommend this to al my friends

My wife booked this condo last year and loved it so much she advertised for it for free on her own website (which isn't even a real-estate or vacation rental site). I had my first stay here this past weekend and now I see why she brags about the place so much. Great location, spectacular view, easy access to room and lobby, awesome parking, great security and residents, no negatives in my book & I am picky. My little girl loves the place, especially her own 'purple' room. I think my favorite aspect of the condo was the big kitchen (I love to cook). Thanks Cat!

Great view, but uncomfortable bed in ocean-view bedroom

Great view! Location was pretty good except for having to cross a very busy 4-lane road to get to the beach. The ocean-view bedroom had an extremely uncomfortable bed that bowed whenever someone laid on it. My girlfriend and I moved to the back bedroom (non-ocean view) since the bed was more comfortable, but unfortunately we weren't able to have a great ocean view. If the owners fix the bed in the ocean-view bedroom, we'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo, highly recommended!

I took my daughter down to Galveston for the weekend of 6/24 - 6/27/16 for a couple full days of the beach and exploring. Cat's place was as advertised. Her condo was very spacious. The kitchen is fully loaded with utensils, plates and cups. The 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms really came in handy, especially with a teenage daughter who needs her own space. I felt like the bed was comfortable, and living room with a soft couch and recliner was perfect after a long day at the beach and dolphin watching. You can't beat the view of the beach. You are just across from the beach as Cat's pictures indicated, but beware crossing the street for a quick dip as traffic is a little heavy during the weekend. The front desk attendant was responsive during check-in as I received a parking pass (don't forget to do this otherwise you'll get towed). The pool was spacious if you want a break from the saltwater and there are 2 gas grills on the patio for grilling (with utensils on hand). I highly recommend this place for any kind of getaway.

Perfectly located, felt like home, exactly what we needed

We absolutely loved our stay in the condo! As soon as we walked in, it was easy to get situated and set up for our 4 day stay. Everything was clean and had a great view of the beach which was a simple walk across the street. Thank you for providing a cart and boogies boards for the experience along with the beach chair and umbrella rental perk. That was a game changer for us! We loved that the condo is close to a ton of restaurants and also just down the road from Kroger so we could grab some of the basics. The laundry system was easy to use and super convenient. The keyless entry was super convenient and so great. Even our 7 year old was excited to get to punch in the numbers! Between the paint colors and the colorful bowls and cups, there was an air of fun and festivity built in to an already good time! It was so easy to call this place home and rest and relax.

Newby to Galveston

All went well, until Sunday am. Woke up w/ no power. Took owner of building a few hrs to try to make coffee on the grill. All coffee shops were backed up, so we ended up just going back & packing up to leave. Power did come on, but no elevator service until fire company could come & reset later that day.

Great Beachfront Condo!

We had a great time, enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and expected it to have. Patio was great! Pictures are exactly what it looks like.

The condo is located equidistant between two traffic lights, which means that you have to do a bit of walking if you want to cross at a signal (say when you are loaded down with beach supplies). Tip: load up your vehicle in the morning and drive it over to the seawall (parking is free in this area). That way it is easier to pack in and out. In the meantime, you can cross the street quickly during the day if needed.

Lovely condo

We had a great time staying here. The owner Cat Caszatt is very helpful and responsive. The location is great and the views from the balcony are amazing. Beach is right across the road. Condo is very well furnished and fully stocked. You get free beach umbrella and two chairs on the beach across. Would love to stay again.

Fun! Clean and well-appointed.

We truly enjoyed the stay (family stay combined w/business conference for one). The condo was very neat and clean, and had basic amenities and was well-stocked, as to towels, etc. and COFFEE!! The front desk was very helpful, as well. I/we are VERY likely to book this cheerful condo and By the Sea, again! Beach/surf front!! Great job, Caszatts and BTS!

Like all career military families, we and our 4 children lived a life of relocation.

There are new schools here and new friends there. But after 25 years of service, when it was time to choose a forever home, the decision to move to Galveston Island was easy for us.

We love the beach. We love the idea of a life with our toes in the sand on as many days as possible.

You can often find us doing just that, barefoot on the beach – with our toes in the sand and a drink in our hand, sharing good times, local friends, or one or all of our now-adult children.

We are a fun, tight-knit family. Although our children have now moved off the island for their education and careers, we still enjoy spending time on the beach when the kids come home.

Now that Jack has fully retired from aviation, serving an additional 15 years as a pilot with Southwest Airlines, we can devote more time and attention to living and sharing the Galveston Island lifestyle.

It wasn’t long after moving to the Island that we came up with the idea to invest in another vacation rental condo on the Galveston Seawall after having success with our condos in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

We added four additional condos to our short-term rental portfolio. Cat enjoys decorating the condos with coastal themes and bright colors, creating a beachy vacation rental vibe that guests enjoy.

With each new condo, we continue receiving five-star reviews from our guests. We are proud to receive the “Airbnb Superhost” Badge for our hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness, value, and guest communication.

After nearly 20 years of being Galveston Islanders by Choice, we love providing our guests with a taste of Island life – morning coffee with a gulf breeze, golf cart trips to local restaurants, fishing on the pier, those amazing Galveston sunsets and toes in the sand as often as possible.
