Beach Escape 2 bedroom/2 bath with amazing views!

There has been preventative maintenance taking place on certain balconies to ensure everything is up to standard. Unfortunately, it seems your unit was impacted by this work during your stay, and I truly apologize for that inconvenience. The work has now been completed. Regarding your cancellation and refund request, I’m sorry for any delay in communication. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. The building is has completed a full remodel of the lobby to create a more modernized and updated space, which can unfortunately impact the overall atmosphere during the process. Regarding the parking fee, we understand how that can come as a surprise. This fee is set by the building/HOA and is listed within the details of the listing. We appreciate you pointing out the concern with the balcony railing as well, there has been completed preventative maintenance to ensure everything is up to standard.
