This unit includes 1 reserved parking spot and up to 6 guest wristbands.
If you have additional vehicles, limited daily first-come, first-served overflow parking may be available on-site, or there is paid city parking nearby.

To help keep the condo fresh and comfortable for all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking unit, and the maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Smoking, unauthorized pets, or exceeding the maximum guest count may result in a $500 fee per violation and possible removal from the property if necessary.

Weather Note: While we all hope for sunshine, weather conditions and hurricane activity can occur May–October. We are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling unless there is a mandatory evacuation ordered. For added peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance in case of unexpected weather, illness, or travel interruptions.

We love animals, but the resort only allows registered service animals, so pets are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome and must be registered with the resort office upon arrival to receive the required guest tag.
*Please note- Our resort is undergoing stucco repair/replacement in 2026 and there may be noise -our balcony is complete with no chance of closure.
