Welcome to Unit 2207 at Shores of Panama, affectionately known as the "High Seas at Shores of Panama"! This beautiful unit is ideal for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends. With three bedrooms (two beds and a bunk room) and three full bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

This recently remodeled penthouse offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort, featuring breathtaking unobstructed views of the Gulf from both sides of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise, and unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the sunset from the bedroom windows.

The unit showcases elegant nautical décor and high-end designer furnishings. Large-screen smart TVs are available in both bedrooms, the bunk room, and the living room. It is also equipped with USB and HDMI outlets, as well as free Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained.

The full-sized kitchen is fully stocked with brand-new appliances, including dishware, glasses, cookware, and utensils. Small appliances such as a coffee maker (not a Keurig), blender, toaster, and crockpot are also provided for your convenience.

Step out onto the private balcony, which overlooks the impressive lagoon-style pool in Panama City Beach. The condo includes a reserved parking space conveniently located on the second floor of the Shores of Panama parking garage.

**Free beach chair service is available seasonally from March 15th through October 31st.**

Condo 2207 is located on the 22nd floor at Shores of Panama. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $100 registration fee on-site.

Excellent Stay.

Communication leading up to the stay was excellent and continued throughout. The unit was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Omg!!! This condo was so relaxing and very clean and very convenient to everything especially pineapple willey the host was superb she was always available. But my grandson loved he had his own room with bathroom the trip was awesome I will be staying again thanks so much for the awesome!!! Stay.

Beautiful condo!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was decorated well. All rooms we're comfortable. The little extras like a beach wagon was very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Will be back!

The condo was very nice, although the view wasn't what we expected from our balcony. The owner was super nice and helpful. We were surprised by the extra $100 at check-in for parking and wrist bands. Overall, we had a great time.

So sorry that you did not like the view of the Gulf of Mexico and the lagoon pool. Glad you loved the condo. And yes, the reservation does not include the registration packet which it states in the description because most people arrive early and will get to enjoy the pool or go to the beach while they wait for their condo. Hopefully you can come back and visit with us again one day.

Great family vacation

Condo was just as pictured with many amenities. Walking distance to many shops and places to eat. The pool and beach access were great. Plan to be at pool at 8am sharp each morning to reserve a chair or it will be harder to get chairs. Only downfall of this experience were really long waits for an elevator. Other than that, we had a great vacation.

Beautiful Perspective

First timers to the Panama Beach area and this spot was perfect! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen this was exactly what we needed. Some reviews complained about elevator wait times, but if you time the elevators right we normally waited about 5 minutes. Check in and check out were a breeze. Our host was very communicative about everything we needed to for check in and check out. My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property and will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful condo!

Absolutely beautiful condo with great appliances, comfortable beds and furniture. The condo is well supplied with everything you might need including beach towels, beach chairs, cart and umbrella. It also included 2 chairs and umbrella from the beach attendant. The resort pool is great especially for small kids with the zero entry area. The condo is very close to a grocery store and restaurants are close, a couple within walking distance. We will definitely return to this condo!

The condo was clean and had a great view. Pictures of advertised unit were spot on! We were unaware of the condo renovations (we would not have booked). Woke up in a construction site the entire stay. We were not able to sleep in or bring the kids up for a nap. Zero complimentary coffee or tea. Limited hot water. We over paid for this stay but we made memories!

The condo was clean & modern with lots of room for our family of three. We had everything we needed & expected! Highly recommend!!!! The property manger was super nice & helpful when needed. We will return!! The only complaint is slow or lack of elevators. But everything else was GREAT!!!

Wonderful stay!

The condo over exceeded our expectations. It was extremely well kept and very clean. We specially appreciated our hosts communication and constant support throughout our stay. The building staff was so friendly and welcoming. The condo is perfectly located on the 22nd floor giving you amazing views. The condo came with all the essentials and the laundry baskets in each closet are so helpful. Kid's loved the bunk beds and having their own bathroom was so helpful. We will definitely book this property again in the future, thank you so much!!!

Great Condo

The condo was amazing! It was also equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and even a wagon! The only down side is the elevators are terrible!!! There aren’t enough elevators for the building and they’re super old. There were long wait times for the elevators and it was tough because we were on the 22nd floor, so it wasn’t an easy feat to just take the stairs. One of the elevators got stuck and the fire department had to come out. The building really needs to do something about the elevators.

Spring break 2023

Over all the stay was wonderful. Our check in was a breeze and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently. The cleanliness of the room could have been a bi better for our liking. The couch in the living room was never cleaned under prior to our stay. Our children found clothing in drawers that was left from prior guest, and some in the bathroom cabinets also. But honestly over all the location was fantastic, the views were breathtaking taking and we loved our stay and we will definitely be returning.

Great Condo with Fantastic Views

Our stay here was lovely. The condo was as pictured, beds comfortable, and the view of the beach was unbeatable. The kitchen was well-appointed and updated. The included parking was easy to use and very convenient. Location is great—near restaurants, shops, grocery stores. During our stay I had a few questions for the property manager, and she answered quickly and was extremely helpful. Communication prior to our arrival was detailed and provided all the details we needed. The pool seemed wonderful but we didn’t have the chance to use it as it is unheated and the weather was pretty chilly during our stay, but our kids did enjoy the hot tub. The indoor pool appeared clean, but we didn’t use it, preferring to walk on the beach and spend time outdoors instead. (Do be aware that there is a $115 “resort fee” upon check-in.) We would gladly stay here again, thank you for everything!

Perfect stay! Could not have been better!

It was a perfect condo and could not have been better! The condo was clean, roomy, well stocked, beautiful decor, comfy linens and had everything we needed! There was even beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a beach cart! The balcony had plenty of comfy chairs with cushions and even a table. The communication with the Farah the owner was great. Although, we really didn’t need much from her because everything was perfect. Side note: Some reviews I read about the condo building itself talked about the elevators being slow and the security being rude. In reply to those reviews…yes the elevators were busy (at peak times) but it is what you make it. We had fun chatting with people from all over. Also, every single staff member was so nice to us. No one was rude at all. We will remember 2207 and for sure be back!!

Family Vacation 2023

Our condo was just like the pictures and more. We walked in to a clean condo that smelt brand new. This condo has everything you need plus extras like a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach floats and boards. We were able to have a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean both. The Condo is conveniently located near stores and restaurants so you don’t have to travel far. The pool is absolutely beautiful. The only complaint I had was most of the security people were rude. They did there job well but just not friendly. We will definitely reach out to Farrah again with Emerald Coast Realty for any of our other vacation stays. She was very informative and made the whole process easy. She also sent friendly reminders of things that we needed to know about our stay. She definitely gets five stars for great customer service.
