Hi Jacquelin, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review and for your positive feedback! The condo was left in great condition. We enjoyed having you as guests and hope you can return in the future.

We apologize again for you having to wash towels. It has never happened and should not have. Very glad we provide laundry soap! The large pizza we sent to you on Friday was something we wanted to do to help make up for the inconvenience of the towels. Guests should have upon arrival 1 roll of paper towel, sponge (both missing due to substitute cleaner) 2 rolls of toilet, (provided), and we have never provided kleenex. We felt a $25.00 gift card would adequately cover the costs of paper towel and sponges, and partial reimbursement of rent was not warranted. We are sorry you declined that offer. We are glad you enjoyed your stay over all and hope the other baby items, (bathtub, stroller, booster seat) made your stay with young children easier.
