Centrally located between Asheville & Black Mtn, an easy commute to experience all that these towns have to offer! **Shared driveway, 5 cars maximum allowed.**

THE SPACE:
The main level is where you'll enter, with a fully equipped modern kitchen open to the living and dining areas. There is a bedroom with views on the main level and full bathroom, washer/dryer in laundry room, as well as access to a large screened porch off the front deck for all to gather.

The master bedroom is on the 2nd level , with on suite and private screened balcony with mountain views.

The top floor also has 2 bedrooms with a Jack-n-Jill bathroom in between, as well as an open bonus/loft area to enjoy separate TV viewing , board games or reading.

The finished basement level includes a 5th bedroom with kitchenette, full bathroom, as well as a washer/dryer. This level has a separate entrance from the outside, but is also accessible from the main floor inside.
