One of the best views in Fishermans Cove is number 47!! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes from this two story, 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo. Centrally located in Sawgrass Country Club about a mile from the Atlantic Ocean and less than a mile to Sawgrass Village for shopping and dining. **Note: 1 week minimum stay**

The open concept kitchen flows into the dining and living areas with exceptional views of Lake Elizabeth. A full bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed is downstairs, along with a bar and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom is upstairs with a king bed overlooking the lake. The bathroom has double sinks, separate tub and shower, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom, also located upstairs, has two twin beds, en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Take a dip in the private Fishermans Cove pool and enjoy the evening sunsets on the screened lanai. This is your home away from home in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach!

Great Spot in Fisherman’s Cove!

Very spacious for our family of six. Amenities very adequate. Beautiful view out the back of the living room of lake and surrounding area.

Florida Escape

We had a wonderful visit to Florida. The condo was perfect, clean and well stocked for cooking and beach life (including beach chairs). The Location is very convenient in the Saw Grass community. Would definitely rent this property again. The property owner was great to work with and very quick to respond to any issues that arose.

I can not express enough how much we enjoyed our stay at 47 Fisherman Cove. Everything was TOP NOTCH!!! There was nothing we needed. The beds were so comfy. The views were amazing! Showers clean and enormous! Master bed closet was perfect!! The pool and the beach made our stay absolutely perfect!!! We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Diane was the BEST!!!

Wonderful stay

We were here for two weeks for a vacation. The space is lovely and the lake adds such a cool feeling of relaxation (though watch out for the 3 legged alligator!) The pool is only accessible to those in Fisherman's Cove so it provides a nice respite for those looking to socially distance. Joining Sawgrass Country Club as a social member was a great decision. However, make sure you have parking privileges with the beach club before finalizing your membership. The owners are very nice and responsive. We would stay here again.

Short-term home stay

My husband and I were fortunate enough to find this spacious lovely condo in Ponte Vedra while our house in Jacksonville was being built. We enjoyed our time there very much. We took daily walks to the beach, which were amazing. We also visited nearby cities like St. Augustine, and Vilano Beach, etc. We took the opportunity to visit several of the many top notch restaurants near by. Diane was prompt in getting back to us about any questions or concerns we had. This condo and its amenities are a great place to stay if you want to be in the Ponte Vedra Beach area.

Perfect family vacation spot.

This property is exactly as advertised The unit was supplied with everything you could think of. From beach towels and chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. I have been renting in Sawgrass for over 18 years and I usually need to purchase a few items for the kitchen in every unit I have rented. This is the first time the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Not to mention it was very clean. I will definitely rent this unit again.

Celebration weekend

Came to Ponte Vedra to celebrate my Dads Birthday. And Sawgrass was a perfect location. Sun. Surf golf and more. The condo was Comfortable clean and great for our family of 5. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and taking in the view of the lake and it’s wildlife. A Well appointed kitchen with updated appliances The amenities provided in the bathrooms are always a nice touch. Will visit again

Extended stay

We needed a place to stay while we were waiting for a house closing. Diane was extremely flexible as we had to extend our time. Property is in the middle of Sawgrass and roughly 1 mile walk to the Sawgrass beach.

My friends and I had a fabulous long weekend stay for tennis tournament at Sawgrass. This property is extremely clean, updated, conveniently located a d has a lovely view overlooking the water. The pool is just steps away and the beach is in biking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely condo in the heart of Sawgrass CC

What an amazing condo! My husband, 3 kiddos and pup absolutely LOVED our time staying here! While building our home we ran into several delays and needed a place to stay locally. Diane was incredible to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We ended up extended our stay at Fisherman's cove several times and Diane made everything seamless for us. She even arranged cleaning services during our stay. We had everything we could possibly want! The kitchen is well equipped with all of the amenities, bells and whistles. The breakfast bar and full sized dining table was perfect for our family of 5. The condo is immaculate! All of the beds and linens are beyond comfy and cozy...we got our best nights sleep there. The patio and deck overlooking the lagoon is perfect for morning coffee and an evening drink...we loved sitting out there while the kids fished and we enjoyed the sunset. The pool that serves the condos is a great spot for kids and adults alike. We spent many hours there. I cannot sing enough praises for this condo and Diane. She turned what could have been a very stressful time for our family into a fun, relaxed and comfortable experience. We loved our time here!

Great property and great owners

The property is close to the beach (if you join Sawgrass as a temporary member) and is very relaxing. Diane and Dave are fantastic. They were responsive throughout our stay whenever an issue arose (there were not many). House had everything we needed and was the perfect spot for an extended vacation.

Beautiful Sawgrass Condo on the lake!

This is a beautiful private condo tucked back in the Fisherman's Cove neighborhood of Sawgrass, the condo is right on the lake, so you can watch all the wildlife and have serene water views, from the condo and screened in porch which we loved. The master bed is so comfortable, and all the bedrooms were cool and dark for little kids to get good sleep for fun beach and pool days. The condo had plenty of supplies, linens, updated technology, so it made our stay there easy and comfortable The owners were very easy to get in touch with when questions arose. We would stay at this condo again in a heart beat when visiting Ponte Vedra!

Best View

Absolutely loved this little slice of Heaven!! Was extremely clean, fully stocked with absolutely everything you could think of needing for your stay, and in a great location. Spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, tons of closet space, nice full bathrooms, large open concept downstairs, and a huge kitchen. The best part was the lake view from every angle in the house!! From sitting on the couch, while washing dishes or cooking, eating at the table, laying in the super comfy master bed, or on the back porch!!! It was literally my favorite thing to do daily, just enjoy watching the turtles and other wildlife from the porch. Loved that it’s in a gated community so I felt safe. You can go for a walk any time of day and there’s always someone out and about to greet you! Not but about a mile from the beach either so your very close. Dianne was super sweet and very accommodating, always there to answer any questions I may have had. Even if it was just for local recommendation. I will definitely be back for my next visit, as we visit the area annually.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at 47 Fisherman's Cove. The Condo had everything we needed. The view over the lake was beautiful and peaceful. The walk to the beach was pleasant and not too far. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location!

The location was great, we could walk to the playground and it was only a 2 minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Diane was also quick to respond which was appreciated!

An Amazing Stay!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Diane’s townhouse. When we arrived we were so impressed! The townhouse was spotless. The view over the sparkling pond was breathtaking. The property was so well kept and had everything we needed: a beautiful kitchen stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc., an extra large washer/dryer, equipped with plenty of sheets and towels, even chairs and towels for the beach. The walk to the beach was less than a mile and it is a gorgeous beach! Diane was so helpful throughout the entire stay. We were there for 3 months while we waited to move into our home and we were so lucky we found this place! We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place in Ponte Vedra Beach! Thank you, Diane!

Just as advertised. You will not be disappointed. Spacious, well appointed, close to everything!

We rented Diane and Dave's condo as an extended vacation between selling our house in Maryland and moving to something more permanent in Florida. It is a great condo, in a fabulous location, with views to die for. Our main goal for the vacation was to relax unwind, and decompress. It had the peace and quiet we were looking for. We felt very comfortable in the spacious downstairs open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedroom was also very comfortable and relaxing. We ate all our meals on the screened in deck gazing over the lake and enjoying the sights and sounds of birds and animals in their natural habitat. The neighborhood had miles of walking/biking paths. The residents were all very friendly.  If there was a concern or question Diane responded to a text within 15 minutes and could pop by easily if need be. This would be a great vacation spot for a couple, or a family with children. If we ever rent again we would definitely rent from Diana and Dave.
