We're ready to share our completely renovated beach condo with you this summer. We are located about a mile west of OIB center and the pier.

Enjoy beautiful inlet views from both the front and back decks. We are only a 4 minute (200 yards) walk to the beach. After fun on the sand, return for a swim in our community pool (chairs provided) fishing or crabbing off the docks, or launch kayaks in the inlet. Later, catch a beautiful sunset over the inlet from the docks.

This is a perfect couple's get away. However, the condo will sleep 4. We have two single bunk beds off the master bedroom so great for a couple with 2 children.

Guests can use our storage room downstairs, with 2 bikes, chairs, umbrella, charcoal grill, etc. When requested, linen can be provided in off season for a fee.

Use your Netflix, Amazon or other account as we have Roku for your streaming entertainment. TVs in den and bedroom.

Our complex does not allow guests to bring pets. We do have an overflow parking lot and room for boats, trailers, golf carts, etc. (Guest must register with management co)

GOLF CARTS ARE PERMITTED (with restrictions) and has stand alone golf cart charging for guests. You must let owner know if you plan to have a golf cart.

Our week at the Beach

Great location, quick walk to beach. In a nice and quiet area. The unit could use a good cleaning (dusting & floors). Our family would stay here again.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. It is very unusual to receive a negative comment regarding cleaning. Floors are vacuumed and mopped and surfaces wiped and sanitized after each stay. Should our cleaners happen to miss something, we would gladly have cleaners return and clean to guest's satisfaction. We're happy you enjoyed the location and want to return. Thanks again.

Great stay at OIB!

My husband and I loved everything about our stay at this property. The space was just perfect for a weekend or an entire week! My favorite spot was the swing on the back deck! I definitely recommend this place especially since the property owner was so attentive and responsive to our questions.

OIB Fall stay

The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The location couldn’t have been any better a very short walk to the beach. The owner has thought of everything you would need for the beach .We will go back.

First time at Ocean Isle

This was our first time visiting Ocean Isle. It was very family friendly and we felt safe at all times. The condo was very clean and had all we needed. We had a great time and we plan to be back.

Peaceful getaway

While we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency, we loved our time at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We plan to return in the future!

Amazing

Great property, very quite! Perfect views of the intercostal waterway. Easy walk to the beach. Owners left everything needed for the beach, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Perfect family stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was great for cooking and well equipped. Having use of the bikes, beach chairs and storage unit was a huge bonus! The beach is just a short few minute walk. The owners were great, quick to respond to any message. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for couples

Property was clean, had up-to-date furnishings and appliances. Owner was super helpful and communicative. Loved the porch swing! Access to the owner's closet with bikes and beach supplies was also very helpful.

Beautiful, comfy, quiet & clean!

My husband son and I visited for our son’s 5th birthday and this was the absolute perfect condo for a small family! Very clean, peaceful, and a quick walk to the beach with views of the intracoastal waterway from both front and back balconies! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner’s Elaine and David and they were super nice and very great in communication before and during our stay! We will definitely be returning!

Amazing!

This property was perfect for our family of four. It's in a great location with amazing views of the inlet and short walk to the beach and pool. We loved the layout of the rental as well. The kid's room was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The best part about this rental was the above and beyond customer service by Elaine and David. They were great with communicating about the events on the island and even getting us through a small tropical storm. We will definitely stay here again and reccomend thia place to everyone else.

We enjoyed the condo location and being on the first floor made loading and unloading easy. The pool was clean and close. The sunset from the dock was gorgeous. The short walk to the beach was great to haul everything without being tired out. Lot’s to do and so relaxing.

Charming beach vacation condo

The condo was charming, clean and in a great location. You can see the inlet from the balcony which was beautiful for the evening sunset. The beach was a short 3 minute walk. We appreciated the beach wagon and other equipment for hauling our beach gear. Pool was great too! Overall we had a great stay which our two kids (7 & 9).

Nice Thanksgiving at the Beach

What a great beach retreat! My husband and I are glad that we made the trip to this lovely, clean condo. Elaine provided all of the information which we would need before we made the trip, and she promptly responded to any questions which we had during our visit. I would definitely recommend this condo! It is a gem!

We discovered OIB in the late 80s and because of our love for this beautiful place, purchased our first condo in 1999. In 2022, we made OIB (just off the island) our full
time home. This is a special place and we're blessed to call it home.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We also owned a condo at OceanSide West II that was purchased in 1999 . We loved it there, and rented to guests for several years. It was difficult to find available open dates for our time at OIB. We decided to look for a 1 B/R. We thought we wanted a condo on the front but when we found this "fixer upper" on the sound, we knew it was perfect. While we had lots of professional help, we were able to do much of the work ourselves in the renovation process. It has been completely renovated, a definite labor of love.
We now rent our condo at Dockside Landing (VRBO 1303802) year round with lots of wonderful repeat guests.

We love watching the sunset over Jinks Creek out at the docks and sometimes getting
up early enough for a morning walk on the beach and catch the sunrise over the ocean.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The condo is at a great location, just about a mile from the pier and only about 200 yds from the beach on the beautiful sound. The easy 5 min walk to the beach includes the handicap public boardwalk (no steps). The complex has a large pool. While standing on our front deck, we can see the pool to the right and the beautiful sound to the left. The way the building is situated, we also have a view of the sound from the back deck off the master bedroom.

It's on the first floor so again, not a lot of steps so we have more energy to walk and ride our bikes. This condo is perfect for a couple like ourselves or for a family with a couple of little ones. Although, being on the front and looking at the ocean would be nice, we have no regrets about buying on the sound as we feel we have the BEST views and are still near the beautiful OIB beach.
