Wish You Were Here is beautiful and spacious with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and tons of storage!

Our beach cottage is in the Cottages at Camp Creek, a community of 34 Key West-style homes between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on beautiful County Highway 30-A. At Wish You Were Here, spend the day at the beach, it's only 400 steps from the front door via our community's private beach access! When you've had enough sand and surf, it's an easy transition to fun in the large 7500 sq ft pool with heated spa that anchors our community. Relax with a beverage on the huge covered porch nestled among the native trees while the steaks are sizzling on the Weber gas grill.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. The spacious King master suite has an ensuite bath, 32' Wifi -enabled flat screen TV, and tons of storage in the closet. The Queen bedroom has a 29' Wifi-enabled flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The Bunkbed room has a twin bunkbed with a pull-out trundle.

Wish You Were Here features a spacious open living plan. The state-of-the-art entertainment center in the living room includes a 55” Samsung smart LED TV, and internet ready DVD player which already has access to streaming apps so the family can instantly choose from hundreds of movies and TV titles at no additional cost. Hook up your MP3 to the Onkyo receiver system and listen to your favorite music with crisp clarity through the Bose speakers. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with updated fridge and dishwasher! Brew a fresh cup of copy with Keurig coffee maker, or if you prefer use the traditional style coffee maker. The dining table seats eight - enjoy long family dinners here or a quick snack at the kitchen bar where there are 4 more chairs.

Laundry time's a breeze with the full-size Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer.


Hop on one of the cottage's four brand all aluminum cruiser bikes and breeze down the famous scenic 30-A walking/biking path that hugs the Gulf of Mexico for 19 miles - it passes right in front of our community! Explore the funky art shops, eclectic clothing stores, and incredible variety of restaurants and bars in Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and all along 30-A. Scout the fun shops at Pier Park in Panama City Beach, the Premium Outlet shops in Sandestin, or play 18 holes at one of our 6 golf courses - all are nearby. Wish You Were Here!


Weekly rentals are Saturday 4PM arrival and 10 AM next-Saturday departure.

The cottage WAS PERFECT! Met all our needs and then some! We had young adults and two adults stay and it was exactly what we needed for a long getaway. Ran into a few things on the first day of staying there, but property manager handled it quickly and it wasn't an issue again! We would recommend this place to anyone again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. (When you leave the community, cross the street to the left to find the beach access.) The pool was also super close and very clean, which was a big bonus. The home itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a beach vacation!

Great vacation house

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Wish You Were Here. The location was perfect with short walk to the beach and the pool out the back door. The back porch was great and a family favorite.

Great spot for family of 4

Enjoyed the privacy but easy access to pool. Beach is a little walk with gear, so bring a cart or wagon. Beach spot was perfect. Home had everything we needed.

A wonderful week at the beach.

We loved our stay at this property. I have two young kids, and the location, proximity to the pool, and spacious living areas made our week so great. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cute stuffed animals! We can’t wait to come and stay again.

Cozy, great location with all the amenities!

We enjoyed our week and the cute house made it a 10/10 week. The central location is great and being on the outskirts of all the busy spots resulted in a quiet and peaceful week. The house itself has everything needed for a home away from home feel. The pool just steps out the back door is great too and a quick jaunt to the beach. Thank you!

Great stay

Loved the house! There was great attention to detail in the decorating, as well as the supplies in the house. The pool was only steps away which we really liked. The big porch was great for morning coffee and gathering. I hope we get to visit again soon!

A Beautiful Getaway

Excellent accommodations and location

Excellent accommodations well kept and very clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay at the cottage. It had plenty of comfortable seating and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the porch with a swing and additional seating for our friends and family who visited. Parking at the door was a plus. The large pool and hot tub were also nice. This is a one of a kind place to stay on 30a. It was so close to everything such restaurants, shops, bike and walking trails and just steps to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful trip

This cottage was so beautiful and convenient to the pool and the beach! It has everything we needed to cook every day and grill! The neighborhood was very family oriented and private. I’ve already sent this cottage to some of my friends that are planning trips to the area. One of our favorite places was the back porch swing. We spent every morning and evening on the back porch.

Hidden Gem

We stayed the week following July 4th and had a great stay. If you’re willing to walk to the beach, it’s a great spot. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the porch in the mornings. Almost no one in the pool. Beach was not crowded. We set up the beach service for chairs so we didn’t have much to carry. Probably a 7-8 min walk with bags and kids. Not bad at all. Beautiful house just as pictured. Would recommend!

Roaches

Stayed here in October - still thinking about how it was a nice property but there were roaches and water bugs in the kitchen and on the countertops. Maybe they were attracted by the dirty oven. Management tried to help but seeing bugs in the kitchen ruined my vacation.

We are a family of 4 from Lewisville, TX. We have been coming to 30A for over 17 years...we have been lucky to visit many beaches around the world, and there's truly no place like this...miles and miles of sugar white sand and emerald green to turquoise water.

Wish You Were Here is in a small community, and our house is only 400 steps to the beach! We fell in love with the 'Florida cottage' architecture with the tin roof and huge shady porch. There's something special about rain on a tin roof, and on breezy nights we can sit on the porch and hear the waves crashing on the beach.

We love the location of our house. It's about 1.5 miles east to the Rosemary Beach town square - we ride bikes to the Sunday Farmer's Market and our kids walk or ride bikes there to get a Fro-Yo and hook up with friends they've met on the beach. About the same distance west is the brand new, very unique venue "The Hub" - several casual dining choices and multiple "hang-out" spaces for watching sports events and live music. We are about 6 miles from Seaside - a longer bike ride but a great trade-off for a 'snack' from on of the food trucks there!

Our area of 30A is less populated and less dense than Rosemary Beach and Seaside. We love that the beach never feels 'crowded', and the kids love that crowds are a just a stroll away.

We think the casual, fun elegance of Wish You Were Here - from the soothing, sophisticated colors to the unique artwork and furniture pieces is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the beautiful area, and creating special memories.
