The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Lovely updated, open 2 bedroom 2 bath veranda. The living room has all new furniture. A large flat-screen TV. Easy-to-open sliders that lead to the screened-in veranda. The kitchen is bright and cheery. The dining area has seating for 4. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large flat-screened TV, and sliders to the veranda. The master bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and its own private bath with a tub/shower combo. It also has sliders that access the veranda. The screened-in veranda has a table with seating for 2. Tile throughout. Full-sized washer/dryer. Internet.

Please Note: This is a 2nd-floor unit and there is not an elevator.

Located in New Smyrna Beach, Sea Woods is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Located directly across the street from the beach, Sea Woods is within seconds of a shopping center with a small grocery store, hair & nail salon, several tasty restaurants, and a beachwear outlet.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!
