This spacious coastal retreat offers direct beach access, an expansive oceanfront deck with a George Foreman and Weber gas grill, chaise lounges, and an umbrella table for outdoor dining, all just steps from the sand.

Inside, warm pecky cypress details and Spanish tile create a welcoming coastal feel. The bright living room features vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating, while the fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for six with beautiful ocean views.

The oceanfront primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed and TV, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds, a desk, and TV, with a shared Jack and Jill bath. The loft provides four additional twin beds, making this home perfect for families or larger groups.

Additional amenities include a 1 car garage, full size washer and dryer, WiFi, free long distance calling, beach toys including two surfboards, and parking for up to two vehicles. A NEMA 14 50 outlet in the garage allows for easy Tesla and electric vehicle charging. Guests also enjoy access to the community pool and tennis courts.

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful ocean view from our deck! Everything was very nice. We enjoyed our stay! Just wish the pool wasn’t in the shade and cold.

Relax at the beach

Convenient to stores but very private. One of the lesser populated areas because no big condos nearby. Great place to enjoy the beach.

This condo was GREAT! Great location! Beautiful and clean condo! And was just perfect for our group! We cannot tell you how much we enjoyed staying here. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer! Possibly one of the best values in New Smyrna Beach!

This property is located "on the beach". It is in great shape in a great location and the owner is a pleasure to work with. I have rented numerous other properties up and down the beach and this property is our favorite. If it meets you sleeping accommodation needs you should grab it! Cheers.

Perfect Ocean View

This was our 2nd time staying at this unit and I can't wait to come back again! The deck offers such a perfect view of the ocean and has a lovely shady palm tree. The ocean and pool are just steps away. This unit has everything you could need, especially for families with kids. Plenty of beach and pool toys!

Loved our stay

We just stayed 10 days at this lovely townhouse/condo. The condo is right on the ocean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. I like that it is on the "no driving" part of the beach. And access to the beach is very easy. Many mornings and evenings were spent on the patio looking at the sun rise/sun sets. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Covid Escape

Great property. Perfect layout for our family of 9. No elevators or close contact with outsiders. No overcrowding on beaches. Clean and well equipped. Basically perfect!

A little piece of heaven

We just returned from your beach house. I have to tell you what a magical place you have, I wake each morning wishing I was still near the ocean in your home. We enjoyed our family time there immensely and it was probably one if the most breathtaking views I have ever seen right outside your door. The kids and my husband and I know how lucky we were to experience a seaside as gorgeous as this and we are all planning our return as soon as possible. Thank you for the wonderful experience and for the most comfortable home you have created. We LOVED it! Thank you again!

Best family vacation!!

My family of 10 had one of the best vacations, EVER, in Sea Dunes A2. From the moment we stepped into the condo, onto the deck and then the soft white sand of beautiful NSB....we knew we struck gold!! We had NO complaints. The condo is furnished comfortably, has everything possible in the kitchen, along with sand toys, chairs and towels for outdoor activities. We're BIG on laundry so the washer/dryer in the garage was key to our happiness! Having April weather for the first of the new year was icing on the cake! We will be back! Thank you Juels for sharing your slice of paradise! Spensieri, Hughes, Andrews and Klein families

Perfect for large families

Very well equipped with beach toys, kitchen items, beach towels, garage and washer dryer. Spacious and great deck with outdoor seating. We had eight people but didn’t feel we were on top of each other. Beautiful!

Amazing

More spacious than we anticipated, we have a special needs daughter and there was plenty of room for all of her equipment, the access to the beach was fantastic, the deck was relaxing. It was the perfect place to getaway from the craziness in the world.

Location——- location———location!

We have stayed here several times..........it is perfect for our family. We lined the tennis courts (temporarily) and played pickleball every morning , in addition to beach and pool time.!

BEST EVER!!!

We have stayed at NSB for 15 years in a row and this was the best rental so far! Awesome location, tons of bedrooms and absolutely everything you could possibly need. Beautiful, clean and perfect! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I hope to book it next year!! Thank you Juels!

One we will never forget - in the best way!

Perfect in every way. From the time we made our reservation to checkout, the service was the best, not to mention the amazing home. There was more than enough room for the eight of us and we were all very pleased with finding everything we needed, from the kitchen to the chairs for the beach. This home is a treasure. This house had everything you could ever think of needing. It was beautiful and worth every penny.

So beautiful, the owners thought of everything you could use in a beach trip. The kitchen was very well equipped and new. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks much we do our best. It has been reported salt water has rusted the deck furinture so I have told the management company to replace as soon as possible as we want to keep it in top shape. We welcome any suggestions from our guests.
