Deluxe House and Pool
Set in a private gated community called Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, the villa is tastefully decorated. The quiet community is set around a lake that features a fishing pier and a clubhouse. The villa itself is decorated and furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Living space is open plan and has high ceilings which gives a light and airy feel to the home. The villa is also air-conditioned to give you extra comfort, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms -2 Queen and 2 twins.
Children of all ages welcome.
All bedrooms have cable/Roku TV and DVD. The rooms are comfortable and private, giving you a perfect place to relax. The living room has an excellent view out to the pool and to the Kitchen/dining area. The covered pool and spa are a great place to relax and also have fun. Pool can be heated (at additional cost) so in the colder months you can relax and unwind easily. The pool is south facing too, so you benefit from sun all day. At the end of the pool there is an extended patio area with sun loungers to help you enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The Residents/Community/HOA have banned parties/loud music from 11pm - 7am.
This is strictly enforced.
