This luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the prestigious community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake and has been furnished and decorated with many additional features to make your stay a memorable one.
The 2 master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. In addition to Central Air conditioning ceiling fans enhance your night time comforts in each bedroom and the family room.
The family room has a 50 inch HD TV with Blu-Ray/DVD Player with cable service.
The extended pool deck is the full width of the house allowing plenty of room for you to soak up the sun on the comfortable pool furniture. Night time lighting adds to your enjoyment in the pool or spa. A 5 burner gas grill is also provided for your enjoyment.
Your whole family will enjoy the games room with its 7 foot pool table, air hockey table, Nintendo Wii (with games), and electronic dart board. The cushioned floor and toy box caters to our younger guests.
We provide free long distance land lines to USA, Canada, UK, and Europe so you can keep in touch with family and friends back home. You may also bring your computer to take advantage of our free high speed secure internet. All of this luxury comes with the additional security of a child safety fence in the pool area, a fire/intruder security system, a small safe, and high level locks on all doors. For younger guests, we provide a high chair, pack and play and stroller. Our friendly and professional management company is located just minutes away if help or advice is needed. A full size washer and dryer is furnished for our guests use as well. NOTE: This is a self-catering vacation. Minimum supplies of toilet tissue, soap and trash bags will be placed in your home for your arrival. Additional supplies should be purchased throughout your stay.
Please note the rental rate posted does not include spa or pool heat. Please contact us for information on pricing for spa and/or pool heat prior to finalizing the reservation.

I first want to say that Doug and Kathy’s timely communication was truly appreciated. The house was even more beautiful in person than it appeared online. The home is located in a quiet, gated community and offers excellent privacy, especially around the pool area. Doug and Kathy recommended heating the pool and spa due to the time of year, and I’m so glad we did—it made a huge difference and was absolutely worth it.Location-wise, everything you could need is within a 5–10 minute drive, and Disney is only about 30 minutes away. We would absolutely love to book this property again in the future. Thank you for allowing my family to ring in the New Year in your beautiful home!

We loved the lay out of the bedrooms. It allowed plenty of privacy. The pool was a hit for the kids. It was hard to get them out in the evening and the adults enjoyed the hot tub to relax in. Location worked perfectly for our trip to LEGOLAND as well as Sea World. You will need to bring dish soap and extra paper towels if these are items you typically use.

I've stayed in 4 or 5 homes in this subdivision, and this was by far one of the nicest homes including the pool area that we have stayed in. The only thing that would make me think twice about renting this home again is that the neighbor to the right {on the side that the garbage cans are on} is a total jerk

Family vacation

This is our second stay in about 4 years. This house is an amazing house. The space was perfect,the game room and the best part was the pool. I would definitely stay again when coming back.

We visit FL every year for the HWS and I have to say this was our favorite house so far. The owners were wonderful and the house had everything needed for the week. The house was very clean and the pool was perfect to relax in after a long day of baseball.We hope to stay in this house next year!

Great Villa to relax in.

We really enjoyed staying at Doug and Kathy's place. Was great place to relax after a long day at the parks. Also was prime location when visiting our inlaws that live in Haines City.

First time Florida Trip

We came to visit family that lives in Kissimmee. The property we rented was 25 minutes away. Due to the property's amenities, we were able to host them for a barbecue and pool day! This was my family's first time on a plane, we are from California. It was amazing. We are off to Orlando for the wnd half of our vacation. BUT when in Haines City, I would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2024

We needed to be close to my son’s house for Thanksgiving and this was the perfect location! Each person had their own room and bathroom! Doug and Kathy were very responsive and helpful with our stay! We would definitely stay with them again in the future. Thank you to both of them for being such welcoming hosts!

Wonderful house

Great place for a family gathering, nice amenities, fun game room. There’s plenty of space for a group of eight. Very clean and well maintained, the hosts communicated quickly whenever we had questions. We would definitely use this house again next time we’re in the area, thanks for all.

Lovely house

We recently stayed here for three weeks, and this home was lovely and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The hosts are really easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable (no achy necks or backs), private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a kettle (needed for British cups of tea), the pool table in the games room enabled healthy family competition and family time together. We really enjoyed the pool. For future guests driving to Disney and parks, the I4 has become a bit of a car park (parking lot) so it does take much longer to get to Disney then it should, but this has nothing to do the with house. We've stayed in Haines City pre Covid and the traffic was definitely less back then. I can't stress enough, this is nothing to do with the house, just the general increase in traffic. If you are looking for a lovely house, with all you could require for a perfect holiday then this is the house.

Highly recommend this property

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son’s graduation from High school with my father flying in from NY. This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation together. The hosts Kathy and Doug are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The property was immaculate, private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped for making family meals, the game room had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The hosts provided information at the property on where to go for food and entertainment however, the place is so wonderful that we spent most of the time enjoying time together at the property using the game room and pool area together. I highly recommend this rental for all your vacation needs. This property has everything you want and need for a perfect vacation with your family. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay in Haines City. The location was perfect! We were a 5 minute drive to our elderly parents and had a wonderful time together. The space was beautiful, clean and the perfect spot to relax and entertain. We will be back!

Great getaway in beautiful VRBO home

Doug and Kathy have a nice gem here. The house was immaculate and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing in. Gated community that was very easy to get in and out of. We will definitely check into this one if we go back to this area of Florida.

Great place to stay near Orlando

The property was just as described in the listing, and if we are in the Orlando area again, this is where we would stay. Everything was clean and working order. It was super nice! Communication with our host was top notch. 5 stars all the way.

We live in Wisconsin and purchased this home for our retirement home and to escape the cold Wisconsin winters. We will make the home available for short term rental in addition to our personal use.

The property is conveniently located just off Highway 27 and nearly in the East-West center of the State. It is an easy drove to either the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. It is also within a short 30 minute drive to most of the Florida theme parks and is in a very safe and gated community.

2 master suites, each with their own private bath. 2 other bedrooms share a 3rd bath. Large screened pool area with both a pool and spa. Solar heat keeps the pool comfortable plus gas heat is available for additional heating during the coldest weather. Great location that is close to all of Orlando's attractions but in a quiet, safe, gated community. Many fine restaurants and shopping mall within a 15 minute drive.
