Hidden Gem is a beautiful luxury home with an excellent view. Easy access with a gentle drive up to the home. Four Bedrooms and 4 baths with everything on one floor. Large designer's kitchen. Very well furnished and decorated. Beautifully landscaped yard. 2 stone gas fireplaces. Comfortable premium bedding. Televisions in each bedroom and in the family room. Cable TV, high speed wireless internet. Covered front porch. Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Central Heat & Air, Garage, Covered Porch. New gas fire pit!!

1st Floor: 2 Master Bedrooms one with a California King size Bed and the other with a King size Bed, 1st Master Bedroom with Full Bath, Laundry Room, 2nd Master Bedroom with Full Bath, 3rd bedroom with a King size Bed and a full bath. Fourth Bedroom with a Queen size Bed and a full bath. Living Room, (gas Fireplace), Dining Room, Family Room, (gas fireplace) and Kitchen.

Owners Hurricane Evacuation Rights and No Smoking Addendum is required to be signed along with the Vacation Rental Contract.


Rates:
Low Season:
$525 nightly - $3,380 weekly.
4 nights minimum stay required.
January through May
September. November and December except: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year

High Season:
$595 nightly - $3850 weekly.
4 nights minimum stay required.
June through August. October.

Holidays:
$650 nightly - $4200 weekly.
Minimum of one week required.
Christmas and New Year
Thanksgiving: $552 nightly 5-night minimum.

11% Tax applied to rent. Optional 6.5% Travel Insurance applied to rent.
The Damage Protection of $50 is a required item that will be added to the reservation.
$50 Damage Protection Plan ($3,000 of Insurance).
$65 Reservation Fee (plus Tax)
$300 Cleaning Fee.

This was a wonderful house enjoyed by four couples for a week of fall gorgeous weather and golf in the mountains. The house was beautifully appointed and had a well equipped kitchen for all our cooks. The home is well situated for trips to town for shopping and dining. We Will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with the bedroom locations because we were misinformed by the manager that not all bedrooms were on same side of the house which they were. We would not have considered renting it. The view and landscaping were beautiful and easy access to center of town. Furnishing was old and outdated. We would not recommend this house for couples with different sleeping habits as the hallway floors creaked each time it was walked on.

We appreciate your feedback on Hidden Gem and are sorry to hear it was not to your full satisfaction. The property has a style of a more classic/elegant furnishings as seen on the pictures prior to booking. This is the first comment we have heard about the furniture being outdated, but due the style of the home we would not think it is "outdated". We apologize if there was a communication error on the bedroom arrangement, after looking back on the responses perhaps "3 closer together and one on the end" should have been more clarified that they were indeed on the same side of the house. Overall, we appreciate your positive feedback, and we hope wherever your next stay is you get the full 5-star customer care. Thank you!

Short Couples Weekend in the Mountains

We loved this property! The house is beautiful and exactly as described - in fact, the back two bedrooms are much bigger than we anticipated. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the internet is decent, especially for the mountains. We loved the wild turkeys, deer, and rabbits in the yard. If you fill the bird feeders, there are a ton of birds that will visit! It’s a quick trip into Waynesville (loved Beach Mountain Diner) and an easy 30-35 min drive to downtown Asheville.

Great views!

The house has incredible views, as depicted in the photos, and plenty of space. The lot was very secluded and private, the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing. We loved our stay!

4 Old "Sista's"

Beautiful location , honestly think there could of should of been a nice welcoming package or call from Agent, instead there was a list of fines if you did something wrong. Serious issue with trash, 2 small cans provided and we were a party of 8 adults. If you fill the cans, which we did in 2 days , you are told you must bring trash to the Maggie Valley Real Estate office dumpster. We paid over $4,000 to stay there and are being told to put trash in our car and drive to Maggie Valley. After two calls to the office we were told they would come out and collect the trash, they never did, we just purchased large trash bags . The online listing states the property has 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, that is not correct . One bedroom (4th ) says it has a queen size bed and full bath. The bath is across hall into the laundry area and then there is a door into a bathroom. 4 Sista's and husbands had to draw straws, no one was happy about that. Otherwise enjoyed the most gorgeous views, beautiful fire place, there are two, only one works, large family & dining table to play cards.

Beautiful home and Appointments

This home is absolutely beautiful as the pictures online show; in person there is so much space and picturesque views. Each room and bedroom have high quality appointments. The bedrooms were very comfortable and also provided a lot of space. The area is vibrant again with dining, golfing and shopping. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. We checked in and out after hours which went very smoothly. Not a detail was missed on this rental property from start to finish.
