Welcome to the Descanso condominium in Menesse within The City condominiums in downtown Playa del Carmen. This condominium is managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya).



It has a king bed and a TV where you can rest and watch your favorite series. The living room has a double sofa bed so it can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, enjoy its high-speed internet and its fully equipped kitchen.



This condominium is located inside the complex which isolates it from external noise so you can rest peacefully. From the moment of your reservation, our concierge can help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and Cobá. Among the additional concierge services we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and many others.



The City Menesse condominiums have 2 swimming pools, gym, movie theater, children's play area, and private parking: totally free. The complex has a rooftop bar, 24-hour security, and a spa (with an additional cost).



Your location is a few blocks from the white sand and turquoise beaches. Just around the corner there is a fruit and vegetable market: DAC, and across the street is the Mega supermarket. In its surroundings, there is a wide range of restaurant and store options, for example, the bohemian pedestrian Fifth Avenue is just 3 blocks away with more than a mile of options to shop and eat.

- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
