Little Glen Lakefront Vacation Home, Sandy Beach

This home offers spectacular views that can't be found anywhere else! Enjoy this updated ranch home (95 feet of lakefront!) directly on Little Glen Lake. Located between Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes 'Dune Climb' and Pierce Stocking Scenic drive and can be accessed via the (paved) Heritage Trail directly across the street.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is great for your family. There is easy water access given the gentle slope to the sandy beach, and perfect lake bottom. A large yard too!

Great floor plan with large tiled foyer/entry, a kitchen layout that accommodates not only the chef in the family but the critics too. The house has many updates including stainless steel appliances. Large dining room with a three seasons porch off the back. It has a spacious master suite overlooking the lake, with a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets up bunk beds. The outdoor patio has an eight person table and Adirondack chairs will be on shore. Two kayaks as well!! All kitchen, bed, and bath linens provided.

Empire, to the south, has a nice public beach on Lake Michigan with a playground. Glen Arbor, to the North, has great restaurants and shops.

This is such an amazing way to experience all of the beauty that Northern Michigan has to offer.

This is a great location for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes. The house was everything we expected, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The lake is beautiful with clear warm water even in late September! We took advantage of the Heritage Trail across the street and walked to the Dune Climb 3/4 of a mile away. It's also just down the road from Glen Haven beach which is awesome. Would stay here again if we come back to the area.

The house was lovely. Our family really enjoyed the sunroom. The lake was gorgeous, with really shallow water for hundreds of feet from the house, perfect for small children. We also loved the hummingbirds that came for the feeder.

Very family friendly, lots of shallow water for kids to play in and the 2 kayaks are an added bonus. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed walking from the house to the dune climb. Have stayed at many different homes on Glen Lake over the years and this one is really great!

Excellent location for exploring the Glen Arbor area. The home is well equipped, beds are comfortable and beach area is perfect for little ones. The only oddity is the location of the dishwasherā€¦.itā€™s in an adjacent roomā€¦..you do adjust though.

Best Vacation!

We had an amazing stay here! The location couldnt have been better for the activities we wanted to explore. The views from this lake and Big Glen lake are stellar. The neighbors from the surrounding cottages are quiet. Everything was clean, organized with detail instruction. Monique and Jeff have done a great job with their cottage. The landscaping on the property is put together well. We certainly gave the property the respect it deserved. This was our best vacation all time thanks to Monique and Jeffs hospitality!

House on Little Glen Lake

Cute house right on Little Glen Lake. My 5&6 yr old grandsons enjoyed playing in the shallow lake and kyaking. Well equipped kitchen and the kids had plenty of games and puzzles to keep them busy. Fun place to stay!

Great Glen Lake Stay

This was our second time staying at this VRBO. We love it for our family of five, including grandma and grandpa. The location on beautiful Glen Lake canā€™t be beat and the proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes is perfect for us. The home is well maintained with a wonderful yard for playing all kinds of games. The hosts are always easy to communicate with.

Fabulous location

We really enjoyed our stay on Little Glen Lake. The location was perfect: close to sleeping bear dunes and Glen Arbor. The shallow, sandy lake was perfect for our grandchildren to splash around in and it was fun to have the use of two kayaks. The house was fine for our needs. Our only quibble is that, for the price, very few essentials such as toilet paper and condiments were provided.

Family Friendly

Super close to the dune climb, Glen Arbor, Empire, scenic drive, bike/walking path. We had an awesome time! We had some really hot weather but you can open the windows up & get a breeze going through. Waterfront was awesome, good for little ones as the water is quite shallow up front. Nice kayaks & chairs for sitting down by the water. Kitchen is STOCKED with every utensil you need if youā€™re eating in. Monique was very quick on responding with any questions we had. 13/10

Perfect Respite!

This was our second stay in this lovely home. Itā€™s perfect for grandma, grandpa, son and daughter-in-law, and 3 young grandchildren. The home is well equipped with everything we need. Working with the owner is easy and always within reach. The beach and water area is so perfect for the little ones. The bike trail across the street is just perfect for all or enjoy a long bike ride. Weā€™ll be back next summer.

A+ Vacation

We had such a wonderful time last week and we were sorry to see it end. Our 10 year old granddaughter was crying on the last day because she didnā€™t want to leave. The home upon arrival was spotless. We had plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, puzzles, and books to satisfy everyone. The location of this home was beyond perfect. We took bike rides on the trail right across the street and within minutes we were at Lake Michigan. Monique was a pleasure to work with and all our inquiries were handled in a timely manner. Hopefully we will be returning next year!
