This was a perfect place to stay with my two daughters and my best friend for a girls beach getaway before going back to school! The bed was comfy and the villa had everything we needed. It was clean and the host was so nice and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very close to the boardwalk that led us down to the beach we had a great time!

I had a great experience at this Villa. The atmosphere was great and there were so many fun activities to do at the convention center! The room was great and I really enjoyed my stay!

Updated, charming, ocean view condo

We travel to HIlton Head twice/year and like this resort the best : spacious, oceanfront, with huge pool and beachfront restaurants.

We had a awesome stay. The whole family loved it. Everything you needed was there. We stayed on 3 floor so we hot to see ocean and pool area from our room. Perfect size room for our family. It was very clean amd owners answered us in a very timely manner. Loved the family atmosphere ❤️

Yearly family trip

Great little villa close to the beach

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! It's far enough from the big beach crowds but still close to the activities around the island. The villa was very clean and well kept. The complex was quite and it was nice having restaurants and sports bar within walking distance. I would definitely come back to stay again.

Great location

Our stay here was awesome! The condo was perfect for my son and I. It had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the beach, the pool and the on-site restaurants. We rented bikes on-site and were able to bike around the area easily and safely. We had no issues, except we didn't want to leave!

Happy home away from home

Perfect walk to beach. Could not hear neighbors. Had the needed essentials there. Check in and out process was very easy. Description was spot on. Would book again without a question.

We love staying at this resort. We've stayed here every year so we know what to expect but i expected more out of this condo. Everything was just very outdated. Theres no actual room which isn't shown in pictures from what i could see.

I disagree with everything being outdated. The living room has two new swivel chairs and new ottomans. The walls in the living room has new shiplap above the chair rail. The bedroom has a recently replaced mattress and headboard. The main inside doors have been replaced with solid core doors instead of the hollow paneling doors. The description of the bedroom says that the original bedroom wall has been removed to open up the bedroom to the hallway. Thus allowing for more space to turn the bed sideways. This gives space for bedside tables and a dresser with tv.

A Little Piece of Heaven

We had a wonderful week. Great weather and nice accommodations. Condo was is a perfect location and everything worked great. Only one glitch. I forgot my crock pot. Hope who rents next enjoys it. Thank you for a great week! Kathy

Room was very nice!

The room was very nice and had everything we needed including beach chairs which was great. I do wish the description had been clear about the bunk beds being in the actual bedroom. The pictures online makes it seem like it is separate. The room also needs a full length mirror other than that we enjoyed our stay! It was nice being able to order pizza for supper at the resort that first night after traveling and the pizza was delicious.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. The listing does have a description of the bedroom that states: our villa has an expanded bedroom. A wall has been removed…. We also have a sofa bed in the living room that allows for separate sleeping quarters.

Small, comfortable villa

The villa was adequate for our needs. The furnishings were attractive and the kitchen pretty well-equipped. We loved being on the third floor and being able to see the ocean from our balcony! Our only complaint was that the bedroom was far too bright for sleeping. We had to hang a beach towel over the window next to the door, and even then a great deal of light shone in from the walkway outside. Other than that, we found the villa an excellent place.

Great location, easy access, good amenities

We enjoyed our stay at HHI Tennis and Beach Resort. The pool, playground, and access to beach were positives. The only reason not a 5 star is the quality of bed in the bedroom is not good. It may be the worst bed I have ever slept on. The condo was functional but it is small and tight with 3 kids which is to be expected. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Not having a washer and dryer was new for us in a vacation property so that was inconvenient to have to use a shared laundry room. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Great location to beach and pool

I REALLY wanted to be able to put a fantastic review because the owners are so great with communication but I will give my honest feedback here: Pros- wonderful communication with the owners. Linda let us know the day before that we were going to be able to check in early and both owners communicated quickly when we had issues. Both of my teenagers actually said the sofa bed was very comfy. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand baskets).Cons- our bedroom sheets and bathroom mat both had stains on them. Something that we may have overlooked in the listing but did not know when we arrived was there is no door to the master bedroom. The bedroom is “shared” with the bunk bed area. We had an issue with the cold water not turning on in our shower and were asked if we would be able to use pliers and fix it ourselves. After telling the owners no, they did come out and fix it the next day, which we appreciated. Our key pad lock ran out of batteries halfway through the trip and the owner was not super sure of the lock combination but after about 6 tries, we were able to get in and used a physical key the rest of the trip. Overall, we still had a very nice trip to the island!
