Southside 1st floor A building, Steps from beach & pool…clean & comfy

Our first floor condo is just a short walk to the pool or beach. It is an ideal location for families with small kids.

The condos we handle are all meticulously cleaned with anti viral cleaners and we take every precaution that every detail is addressed when cleaning to ensure a safe environment for you

The bedroom has an upgraded queen size mattress and is very comfortable. There is also a small make-up vanity in the bedroom with a chair.

We have a flat 50" TV in the living room/kitchen area, along with a dining table with 4 chairs. This condo has a dishwasher, we supply the soap. We have all the necessities in the kitchen such as toaster, blender, k-cup coffeemaker, etc.

Upon arrival there is a start-up set of towels (6 sets) also there will be sheets for all beds. For you convienence there is smart-card operated laundry room a couple of doors away. We do provide a laundry card so you do not need to purchase one. You can also download the laundry app and operate through your phone. If you choose to use the laundry card provided you can add funds in the laundry room next to the condo.

We have provided beach chairs for your convenience, you just need to bring the beach towels! If you are traveling by plane you can make arrangements to have beach towels. Message me for details.

There is a private balcony where we have a couple of Adirondack chairs......its a great place to sit and enjoy a drink.... There is a picnic area with tables and grills that you can see from the balcony.

Bike rentals are located just outside the security gate on resort property.

Tuesday nights in the summer there are fireworks display at Shelter Cove Marina which is close by....

Island Explorers has different boat tours that you can choose from, Tuesday fireworks is one of them! The tours leave from Old Oyster Factory dock on Marshland Road.
They do have a fireworks cruise on Tuesdays so you can fight the traffic and watch from the water!
