Beautiful newer townhome in The Commons at Seashell. This is a great location to rent one or more units for family reunions, retreats and gatherings of friends. The living/dining/kitchen are downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax and is just steps away from the large shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Walk straight into an open living area with a bright beachside vibe. A red couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, recliner and 2 vibrantly matching accent chairs sit before a flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Large windows let in plenty of natural light. Beside the living room, there's plenty of space to enjoy dinner at the large wood dining table with seating for 8. To the right of the room is the half bathroom with single sink vanity. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features granite countertops, white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, coffee maker and microwave. Cupboards are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans ā€“ everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, chest, closet for your beach attire, wall mounted TV and en-suite bathroom with granite vanity and shower-tub combo. Perfect for kids, a second bedroom (BR3) has a set of twin bunk beds. Just next door, everyone can freshen up in a shared bathroom with a coastal theme, granite vanity and a stand-up shower. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a bright third bedroom (BR2) has a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, wall-mounted TV and closet. The stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the upstairs hall closet. Approximately four blocks from the beach.

Definitely recommend staying at the commons!

We had a great time ..this was our 2nd year in a row to stay there & it was just as fun as the first time.. great restaurants, stores & places to rent a golf cart all near by & the beach is just around the corner..definitely want to go back next summer!

Family get away

We had a great stay with family and friends. The location worked perfect for us, as our friends stayed in a house nearby. We also rented a cart from this leasing agent. Top notch and we will definitely be back.

Middle of the action

This was our first time to not stay on the beach in Port A, but in town. It was a great space. Clean, roomy, and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Itā€™s definitely in the middle of the Port A action. The complex has a small pool that was usually full of people, so we only used it once. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town and to the beach.

Overall nice place. Well kept. Only problem is at nith the kitchen gets infested with little reaches for some reason. This place does need to be sprayed with some bug killer.

Immaculate and comfortable

Husband and I decided to do a last-minute trip with our 3 kids. Iā€™ve been coming to Port Aransas my whole life. This was, hands down, the nicest and cleanest rental Iā€™ve ever stayed in. Ample room, everything was nice and new and clean, all the pots and pans you could ask for. The pool was awesome, chilly but would warm right up with a couple hours of afternoon sun. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book it again. Thanks!

Charming beach getaway!

We loved the property from the minute we stepped inside! The decor was perfect for the beach. It looked newly renovated. The beds were comfy. It was very spacious. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, dining and fun shops! Canā€™t wait to return!
