The interior pictures are post-Harvey after renovations were completed, which included new flooring, new paint, new master bath with walk-in shower equipped with rain shower head, new furniture throughout which includes a memory foam mattress in the master for the ultimate nights' sleep. Also, new sleeper sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi and Cable TV

•The First Floor In addition to the front entry foyer, carport, and garage, has a secluded master bedroom suite (BR1) featuring a King-sized memory foam bed. The master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with a rain head. and a cultured marble double vanity. Flat Panel TV with Satellite TV
•The Second Floor This level houses an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and all the cookware and dishes you'll need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. The spacious dining and living areas provide plenty of comfy seating and a sleeper sofa. The living room has a large Flat Panel TV with Satellite TV and DVD player. This level also has a utility room with a washer and dryer, a powder room, and a large sun deck with patio furniture.
•The Third Floor Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo and a cultured marble double vanity. The airy front room (BR2) has a queen bed and lots of windows. The backroom (BR3) will be a big hit with kids of all ages with twin over twin bunk bed and a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle.

Nice Condo

Prefect for our quick weekend trip! Loved the space and location. Pool was on the smaller size but the family still enjoyed it. Just a few blocks from the Beach Access.

This condo was perfect! Loved that we could put all the kids upstairs and we were downstairs. We had plenty of room, the place was nicely furnished and the kitchen pantry was huge! Great communication before and after our stay! It was a fabulous getaway!

Awful beds...

The place was clean and nice but the beds were all hard as a rock. I'd avoid this place. Also the grill was not the one that was pictured and was crappy weber grill with rust and leftover food all over the grates. Really put a damper on steak night that we were looking forward to.

Good place to stay

Good neighborhood, clean, updated,, master bed was comfortable, nice master bathroom, kids said the twin over twin bed was not very comfortable. Overall good stay. Be warned Lots of stairs!

Great location, more than enough room

The property was clean and accurate to the listing information and photos. The host provided information about local business and activities near the area. It was great distance from downtown Port A, the beach, and convenient stores. The pool is an added bonus. Would stay here again!!

Disappointment

Booked here to bring our daughter and 3 grand girls, 10, 13 and 14. The garage had an inch +- of water in it, smelled of rotten fish, garage door needs lubrication and have to force open. The code for Wi-Fi incorrect on instructions. Had to call to get code sent for arrival code - twice. The guy at property management real snooty and a smart a - very cocky. The washer and dryer extremely old. AC is a mystery to figure out - never did! Fan makes noise in den. The unit really needs a tune up! VRBO is great - this property management needs an adjustment to their staff.

Great location

3 levels is nice separation. Parking is for 1 vehicle because nothing fits in garage. Overflow parking is a couple of blocks down.

Great tri-level condo

Love that the master is on the bottom and the other bedrooms are on the third floor. Proximity to the beach is also a bonus, especially since it's a drive on beach.

Double Family Vacation

Our stay was great! Location was perfect, rent a golf cart for your beach trips. Place was perfect for the seven of us: two couples, two young kids, and a twenty-year old. The pool was great, community was just right in size. I would recommend to the leasing company to stock place with a bigger supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and more than one dish soap pod. That would be my only complaint. Overall, great place with lots of wonderful memories.

Nice house but small parking space

They house was very nice but the parking space was very tight. The garage only fits a compact car. There was a lot of stuff in the garage which made it hard for my sedan to fit. We had to park another car a mile away in a dirt parking lot. Be ready to climb steps the whole time.

My Port Aransas vacation

Beautiful home. Easy access to the beach via golf cart. Barbeque pit needs to be replaced. Had to go buy a cheap grill in order to cook outdoors. Had some issues with the garage door closing. Looks like someone backed into it because it had a dent in it and the rollers were crooked. Other than those minor items it was a fun place to stay.

A little disappointed

The size was fine but the online pictures made the condo seem bigger than it was. We were to stay for 2 months and the first week we got to know the maintenance guys pretty well. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed balcony off main living area. We had a wonderful time until February 14th when the storm hit. We stayed for 3 days without electricity or water. We dipped water from the pool to flush the toilets. We left Thursday morning and the guys at Life in Paradise were very nice and reimbursed us for the remainder of our stay. (We did not ask for it) All in all we would rent Coconutties again. We feel really bad for the Texans we left behind to handle the storm aftermath.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay! Enjoyed the condo! Very updated, clean overall and fun getaway! Parking is very tough!! - even for just two cars! Golf carts are the rage, but hard to fit anything else in condo parking. Good location to get to beach easily! Cleanliness overall great.... coffee pot wasn't cleaned out and there were bugs in that from the filter / coffee still in there. Balcony chairs/table should be replaced with something that won't rust. That would be more appealing to enjoy the balcony!

Great Memories!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coconutties ! The condo was decorated really cute, and the toys and games left behind were such a nice touch for our group with multiple ages of kids. The only issue we had was it looks like the pull out couch was not cleaned, when we went to use it, there was a lot of dirt and food in the pull out part; and a lot was underneath the couch. Had those two areas been taken care of it would have been an absolutely perfect stay.

Family Vacation

The place was lovely to stay at the only issue we had was parking was a little tight for our family sized cars but we made due and had a wonderful time! Hope to see y'all again next year!!

Parking was crappy

We were told there was parking for two vehicles but they never told us they needed to be small. We had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it barely fit in the garage. Our Ford F-250 absolutely did not fit. We had to find somewhere else to park it in town. Also our a/c went out but they did supply mobile units. Still very hot. The condo was clean.

Peaceful getaway

The house was beautiful, very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. We spent our evenings on the second floor deck area overlooking the pool. The location is perfect it is a very short drive to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. We had a great experience overall we will definitely be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as wonderful as we expected and then some! It was an especially meaningful time for me since I was with all my adult children and my Grandchildren! The only complaint I would have is that I was nervous about sanitation, covid 2020! There were cobwebs on the stairway as well as a few bugs just in that area.....Other than that the owner of the condo did a wonderful job decorating and we loved being so close to the beach!!! Warm memories overall!
