Also, new sleeper sofa in the living room. Wi-Fi and Cable TV

•The First Floor In addition to the front entry foyer, carport, and garage, has a secluded master bedroom suite (BR1) featuring a King-sized memory foam bed. The master bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with a rain head. and a cultured marble double vanity. Flat Panel TV with Satellite TV
•The Second Floor This level houses an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and all the cookware and dishes you'll need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. The spacious dining and living areas provide plenty of comfy seating and a sleeper sofa. The living room has a large Flat Panel TV with Satellite TV and DVD player. This level also has a utility room with a washer and dryer, a powder room, and a large sun deck with patio furniture.
•The Third Floor Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo and a cultured marble double vanity. The airy front room (BR2) has a queen bed and lots of windows. The backroom (BR3) will be a big hit with kids of all ages with twin over twin bunk bed and a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle.

This condo was perfect! Loved that we could put all the kids upstairs and we were downstairs. We had plenty of room, the place was nicely furnished and the kitchen pantry was huge! Great communication before and after our stay! It was a fabulous getaway!

Thanksgiving weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay, we have stayed in this complex three time for thanksgiving weekend, it is a great location and always enjoy our time there.

Awful beds...

The place was clean and nice but the beds were all hard as a rock. I'd avoid this place. Also the grill was not the one that was pictured and was crappy weber grill with rust and leftover food all over the grates. Really put a damper on steak night that we were looking forward to.

Nice house but small parking space

They house was very nice but the parking space was very tight. The garage only fits a compact car. There was a lot of stuff in the garage which made it hard for my sedan to fit. We had to park another car a mile away in a dirt parking lot. Be ready to climb steps the whole time.

Vacation rental was just Ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I booked I booked 4 4 bedroom 12 sleeping town home and a few weeks before my booking they changed it to a 3 bedroom 10 bed condo. No one ever notified me, I only noticed in my final payment. They did offer to give me a slight discount, but their replacement was not as nice and we were much more crammed. There was so much construction at the condo, super loud, and there was only one spot for parking, which there is no way you can get 10 people in 1 car. We constantly had to find spots to park and it was a huge hassle. The fan in the master bath was so noisy, the bathroom had dried blood in the shower. Not exactly what I would have expected but all in all we still had fun. Have rented many houses on the beach, this one by far the least nice.

Unfortunately do to circumstances out of our control we had no choice but to move your reservation to The Meridian complex since as you mentioned you had 10 people which was the right size for you. It was the only option we had other than to give your money back which we did offer. Many people do not understand the devastation and the obstacles created when an entire island is decimated by a category 4 hurricane. The required change was a direct result of the Hurricane when the owner opted to move a long term displaced resident in the unit you had rented. We do appreciate each and every guest that has opted to make Port Aransas their vacation spot this year knowing that there could be challenges such as construction. Taking your frustrations out on the owner's property that we moved you to is totally unfair to them. They didn't do anything to receive a bad review where you stated that their property was the least nice you have stayed in. The other reviews for this property will let people know that this property is extremely nice.

The Unit itself was nice and comfortable for our family of 9. We appreciated the location and its proximity to the beach and our friend's home allowing for us to visit easily. Yet, the complex setup and the parking situation is terrible and customer service below par. How can 10 people stay at the unit and only be allowed one car??? This setup requires so much coordinating and demands tons of patience within your own family and with others staying in the complex. I am not sure how the city allowed the fire lane to be so close to the front door. No way can a fire truck easily access this complex. We know the security/parking watchman has a hard job because there are so many issues. Also our unit's refrigerator was not working when we arrived. Management knew it wasn't and put in a small office/dorm size fridge. Yet, we were not notified ahead of time. We planned all of our meals to be eaten in the unit. So planning for refrigeration or needing EXTRA ice is a BIG DEAL. We had purchased tons of food that needed to be in the refrigerator for our 4 day stay. Thankfully that little fridge was a hard worker because it was stuffed with our groceries. But, the amount of time we spent looking and rearranging in that little fridge was ridiculous. For the amount of money spent to enjoy a vacation at the beach, we were highly frustrated and beyond disappointed. We asked for a second small fridge but never heard back after several calls. I will not be recommending this complex at all.

On the parking, our listing does note upfront that the unit includes space for one vehicle. We know that setup takes real coordination for a larger group, and we're sorry it added stress to your arrival and your stay. The refrigerator situation is where we owe you a sincere apology. You're absolutely right that you deserved a heads-up before you arrived. When our team learned the main fridge wasn't working, they placed a smaller dorm-size fridge as a temporary fix, but we should have reached out to let you know ahead of time so you could plan your meals and groceries with confidence. That gap in communication is on us. When you asked for a second fridge, we simply had none left to offer. The holiday weekend had every loaner out at other properties. Still, following up to explain that would have been the right thing to do, and we're sorry we left you waiting. Please know your experience is helping us do better, especially around keeping guests informed early and often. We'd genuinely welcome the chance to give your family the smooth, worry-free beach getaway you set out to have. -Life in Paradise Team

Disappointment

Booked here to bring our daughter and 3 grand girls, 10, 13 and 14. The garage had an inch +- of water in it, smelled of rotten fish, garage door needs lubrication and have to force open. The code for Wi-Fi incorrect on instructions. Had to call to get code sent for arrival code - twice. The guy at property management real snooty and a smart a - very cocky. The washer and dryer extremely old. AC is a mystery to figure out - never did! Fan makes noise in den. The unit really needs a tune up! VRBO is great - this property management needs an adjustment to their staff.

3 levels is nice separation. Parking is for 1 vehicle because nothing fits in garage. Overflow parking is a couple of blocks down.

Great tri-level condo

Love that the master is on the bottom and the other bedrooms are on the third floor. Proximity to the beach is also a bonus, especially since it's a drive on beach.

Double Family Vacation

Our stay was great! Location was perfect, rent a golf cart for your beach trips. Place was perfect for the seven of us: two couples, two young kids, and a twenty-year old. The pool was great, community was just right in size. I would recommend to the leasing company to stock place with a bigger supply of trash bags, toilet paper, and more than one dish soap pod. That would be my only complaint. Overall, great place with lots of wonderful memories.

My Port Aransas vacation

Beautiful home. Easy access to the beach via golf cart. Barbeque pit needs to be replaced. Had to go buy a cheap grill in order to cook outdoors. Had some issues with the garage door closing. Looks like someone backed into it because it had a dent in it and the rollers were crooked. Other than those minor items it was a fun place to stay.

A little disappointed

The size was fine but the online pictures made the condo seem bigger than it was. We were to stay for 2 months and the first week we got to know the maintenance guys pretty well. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed balcony off main living area. We had a wonderful time until February 14th when the storm hit. We stayed for 3 days without electricity or water. We dipped water from the pool to flush the toilets. We left Thursday morning and the guys at Life in Paradise were very nice and reimbursed us for the remainder of our stay. (We did not ask for it) All in all we would rent Coconutties again. We feel really bad for the Texans we left behind to handle the storm aftermath.

Family Vacation

The place was lovely to stay at the only issue we had was parking was a little tight for our family sized cars but we made due and had a wonderful time! Hope to see y'all again next year!!
