Great place for a large family

We stayed for 1 week, had an issue with the spa jets, it was addressed and repaired within a few days. We did have an issue with the Pack and Play on site, the mattress was broken, we could not wait for a replacement from Amazon so we purpose from a second hand store, so know the house has a good one, otherwise all was great

Two Week Stay

Lovely home and backyard/pool area. Perfect neighborhood to walk to parks and trails. Most trailheads were only a 5 minute drive. Anita was very responsive. The only reason I didn't give the home 5 stars is because the pool would not heat properly. Minor issues: the living room tv was not a smart tv; because we had a longer stay, updated cookware, knives, and some storage containers for leftovers (we purchased our own), and cleaning supplies for the floors, such as a stick vacuum and a wet/dry Swiffer would have been appreciated. You will not regret staying here especially in the warmer months.

Beautiful Stay!

The property was extremely spacious, beautiful, and perfect for a large group. The only downside was that we specifically searched for a location for a hot tub and it was not in working condition.

Great For A Family

This property was great for our family. The pool and spa were excellent and enjoyed by kids and adults. Pool kid floaties and tubes were available. The property lived up to the listing and reviews. It would be nice if appliances and kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes were updated.

Friends getaway

We were very pleased with the property and the property manager Anita. It had all the amenities we needed for a large group. The outdoor space is fabulous and the area is beautiful. Did a few day trips to the Canyon and Sedona. Shopping and groceries within a short distance The property had lots of space to accommodate a group of 7

Great Week Away

Four couples, great location and amenities. Only issues were that the Dishwasher broke and was unusable after day 3 as they were waiting for a part, and would have been nice if there was more paper products supplied with the house. Otherwise would stay here again if in the area!

Great Family Home

This home is excellent for large family gatherings! The house is spacious and had plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. There was a park within walking distance for the kids with play a structure and basketball court. The gated neighborhood is quiet and safe with paths for walking. A few things to keep in mind: the pool is not fenced and if shopping in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area is your thing, the drive is about 40 minutes each way!

Family Fun

Our family of 10 stayed a week at this property. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The large pool was a huge hit in the AZ heat. Paper products, soaps, and kitchen spices were well stocked. Anita was a wonderful host and answered all our questions and concerns promptly. This was a great home away from home!

This was a great property for 10 longtime friends to do some sightseeing in the north area of the state.It is a gated community and feels very safe and secure.there was lots of room in the house for us all.Shopping, golf and eats all close by.There is a beautiful pool and sitting area in the back yard. Anita the host will get back to you quickly with and questions you have.

Very Nice House and Grounds

With one exception, everything about this house was very nice and as expected. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and dining areas were great for a larger group. Having the living room and game room both adjacent to the kitchen was very nice. Coordinating with the property manager was effortless and she was very helpful. The TVs seemed older and we could not see how to screen cast or access any streaming services on any of them. There are lots of channels on the Cox Cable but if you want to share media or stream you should bring a good laptop and HDMI cable. Otherwise, we loved everything about this house.

Arizona getaway

The house was nice, but not as ā€œluxurious ā€œ as we had expected. Kitchen ware was mismatched and scratched, frankly stuff Iā€™d have thrown out a year earlier. Hot tub never worked despite our asking twice what could be done to make it warm. And we were given one roll of paper towels for a two week stay. Just sort of felt like they had our money, so why bother trying to please us. Despite these few negative things the house was roomy, in a good neighborhood, and convenient for us. I will never go back there but also wonā€™t tell anyone else not to use it as it worked out okay all in all.

Property did not disappoint

We rented the property for a family vacation. We had eight adults and six children (all under the age of 6). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well. The pool and spa were an extra added benefit however we did have to pay extra to get the water at a comfortable temperature for all to swim in the pool. The location was convenient. We would rent this property again.

Everything was as in the pictures and the location was great. The only 2 minor issues we had was that the water in the hot tub was luke warm at best even when turning on and lack of towels but we made do. Everything else was great!

Arizona Family Trip

Loved the house, especially the backyard. Location was also good. The house worked well with our family as far as privacy if we wanted it. Loved the kitchen for cooking. Could use more small appliances, we bought a hand mixer and donated to the house, also could use some updates as far as painting. Door to the backyard took some getting used to as you had to turn the door knob opposite of the way you would normally open it. All in all very happy with the house!

Enjoyed the roomy house and loved the nice heated pool and great hot tub. Nice and quiet neighborhood and the kids had fun at the basketball court and park just a few steps down the street. Very close to Cave Creek and hiking trails and a great water park.
