Nestled in a very desirable Portland residential neighborhood 2 miles to Beaverton MAX station. 1 mile walking distance to local coffee shops, grocery and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfortable queen-sized bed plus a queen-sized pull-out memory-foam sofa bed. Private and secure off-the-street parking for up to 2 cars. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our visit. It's a very clean and nicely decorated apartment. It worked perfectly for our family of four. Kirk was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

An excellent choice for a stay in the Beaverton area.

This VRBO spot is located in a very nice neighborhood where you can walk around admiring yards and towering trees. It is quiet, well equipped and has comfortable bedding and towels. Kirk was very friendly with us. We would definitely stay here again.

A peaceful stay near Portland

A bright and beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home. The hosts were warm and welcoming. We really valued the quiet and solitude and would definitely stay with Sarah and Kirk again when returning to the area.

The best part of being a host is meeting very interesting people from all across America. We really enjoyed the opportunity if only to say hello and hear a short introduction from clearly a fantastic family. We loved hosting them and would love to host them anytime in the future!

Lovely retreat

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at this lovely apartment. The rooms were spacious with lots of windows and skylights. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a creek. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities. I highly recommend.

Our stay was comfortable and the apartment was neat and tidy. The owners thought of everything and were great communicators. Even though we were somewhat familiar with the area, I truly feel if someone wasn’t it would still be easy to find based on directions provided. We felt safe and tucked away and yet had quick and easy access to town. We will stay again!

Home Away From Home

This spot is in a lovely neighborhood and perfect for a couple or a small family. We used the sofa bed for a family member and it was very comfortable. It was perfect overflow lodging for our large family Thanksgiving holiday at my daughters home nearby. I would stay again.

Great escape

We needed to stay in Portland unexpectedly for a few days more. It also happened to be the hottest weekend on record. This comfortable space with ac was a welcome escape!

Oregon Stay

It was nice and quiet in the neighborhood. There's a private road to the house where you can park your car, but it is not on their driveway but right next to the drivewat(they allowed loading and and unloading by the rental entrance). The rental is connected to the house on top of the garage, but like the owner said, there's a private entrance and is contactless checkin/checkout. We forgot our shampoo but luckily it was provided along with conditioner, soap, and lotion. They have all the basics that were needed to travel-blow drier, towels, iron, toiletries, furnished kitchen. I felt very comfortable and safe there. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Pleasant stay in Bethany

Kirk has been a great host- very polite and considerate. What we like about this place that it has an separate entrance - removed from the main property. Everything very well organized in the apartment with labels where appropriate.

Cedar Mill September Stay

The apartment is cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and private. It's a good location for day trips (ocean, hiking, biking). Sara and Kirk were personable and helpful.
