Sky High Acres atop South Cooper Mt. in Beaverton welcomes you to relax in this private 2 acre Estate Setting that is framed by majestic Douglas Fir trees and big sky. See wildlife (Deer, squirrels, hawks, eagles, hummingbirds, etc.) from the windows overlooking the expansive landscaping from all the rooms. Both king bedrooms with down comforters provide generous space in approximately 1200 square feet to relax after day trips to our areas various sights. Enjoy the stone fireplace while watching the 42" TV from the living room, dining area or while playing pool in the Gaming area. Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many exceptional restaurants minutes away. The expansive landscaping includes a large lawn area and a gas fire pit under your private covered deck to enjoy the fresh air.
Day trips are perfect from this retreat that is nestled near the Willamette Valley's renowned Wine Country. The location is peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city; but, very close (short drive) to everything Beaverton, Tigard and Sherwood have to offer. The owners are respectful of your privacy, great at communicating with you prior to your arrival, and quick to respond should you message/ask about anything during your stay.

Beautiful property, would stay again!

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and well maintained, great outdoor space as well. Pool table is a huge plus. Owner was super great and responsive. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose.

Enjoyed our stay in the amazing location! Felt like we were in the mountains at a cozy cottage, yet all the amenities of the city were just a few minutes drive. Kids really enjoyed all the open space and games!

This pet friendly property is lovely. Comfortable and clean furniture. Certainly out did our expectations. The property was wonderful with lots of areas to walk our dog. Hostess was very helpful and friendly. We had plenty of space and a washer and dryer too. We didn't try to cook in the kitchenette but did use the microwave. Overall experience was wonderful.

Wonderful! It’s a charming 2 bedroom garden apartment attached to a beautiful home in a wooded neighborhood. During our stay, we were mesmerized by stargazer lilies blooming on the patio. Our fabulous host, Theresa, provided everything we could need and more! The hot water in the shower was a bonus during our work trip. The lovely shared yard was a dream to have for a little fur baby and there was a tv in the living room for our movie nights. All in all, we were grateful to find this gem!

Amazing stay

The property was clean and tidy when we arrived. Our host, Theresa, communicated with use before and during our stay. I greatly appreciated the fresh flowers and special note that Theresa left for my family and I. We felt at home during our stay and enjoyed the garden and grass yard. We are grateful to have been able to cook and share a meal with our family daily. The decoration and bathroom tile is superb! I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

A great place to relax

We stayed here for over two weeks, while one of us was recovering from knee replacement surgery. In addition to being quiet and relaxing, it is also very easy to navigate using a walker or cane. The hosts are very friendly and helped us feel at home during our convalescence. 5/5: would stay again, but recommend skipping the knee surgery :-)

Beautiful place

I rented this property for family coming into town and it was so lovely. They reported that there were deer hanging out in the yard as they were having their morning coffee and the garden was heavenly. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet, peaceful stay.

Comfort in a beautifully natural setting!

This rental is located in a picturesque natural setting, yet it is so close to everything you could possibly want. The comfortable interior is quiet and clean, as well as being a book lovers paradise. We will definitely return again next summer!

Nice rental.

Beautiful property. Clean, relaxing, with a nice, covered patio. Host was very responsive to our questions. We got to feed the chickens and were provided fresh eggs for our stay. Look forward to staying here again.
