The location was perfect. Right at the bottom of the lift. We stayed here for a summer mountain biking trip. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great proximity to Snow Ummit

Over all a nice and clean property. Didn't spend much time in the condo as we we're tearing up the DH at Big Bear. Would stay there again.

Mountain Bikers Get Away

This was a great place to stay. Being close to the bike park lift was the reason we chose this condo. The home was very rustic and inviting with lots of room. We loved having coffee on the back porch and watching all the wildlife. This is definitely a do over.

Amazing Location for Mountain Biking at Snow Summit

This place is the perfect location to going riding at Snow Summit. The pictures in the listing are perfectly accurate. Nice 3 bedrooms, with 2 full baths. The floors are a little creaky and the walls a little thin but it wasn't a problem for our family. The light switches are somewhat difficult to figure out and the climate control could be better. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Water gets really hot (be careful)! We definitely will stay here again!

Great cabin! No A/C but still good stay

We had a lovely stay! The cabin was clean, modern, and felt freshly renovated: no dusty carpets or curtains, which I really appreciated. The kitchen and fridge were spotless too. There were a couple of hiccups, but management handled them quickly and kindly.The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at first (which some reviews had mentioned), but Marco from management came by and had it fixed before we returned later that day. He was friendly and super helpful.The bigger surprise was the lack of A/C, especially during a summer heatwave. The upstairs living area was hot when we arrived, and we only realized there was no A/C after spotting three floor fans. Luckily, the downstairs bedrooms stayed nice and cool, and Marco showed us how to set up the fans for better airflow upstairs, which helped a lot. Still, I wish this had been mentioned upfront.One more note: we stressed about getting a parking permit before 5pm due to the house rules, but it turns out it wasn’t necessary in the summer. Also, finding the lockbox was tricky: it’s attached to the railing right by the front door, in case anyone else is confused.Overall, the space was great for our family, and I will def stay here again!!

Excellent location, great unit....with just a couple of things I wish I knew ahead of time..

This condo was fantastic for location (sooooo close to the slopes) and was very comfortable and well appointed. The management company was SO fabulous at check in, as well as speedy to reply when I texted them with a question. There WERE...however...2 things I wish I had known ahead of time. First was that the walls are paper thin, so any and all whispering in the bedrooms were heard by ALL the bedrooms. Makes bedtime for various ages tricky and a bit messy. Not a huge deal, but wanted families to know. The one thing that DID cause a problem is that the Wifi was horrible for us. Had to reset the router over and over again, and even then the connection was spotty and often gone entirely for long stretches. Made it difficult for my husband to work on the trip, and for my kids to do their "distance learning." Overall the unit was still a joy, and if the Wifi issue wasn't there I'd say we'd stay there again!

Great location but unwritten conditions and unpleasant check-in

You can't beat the location, 5 minutes walk from Snow Summit. But, there are conditions to this rental that are not clearly stated 1) check in is somewhere else 2) at check in, they told us that we were supposed to pick parking permit on premises from local management after 9am. That prevented us from an early start on skiing. 3) no trash service on premises, you need to drive your trash somewhere else When objecting that the parking permit process was not fitting our plans and unexpected (frankly, there are a million secure ways to get it to you, including just leaving it in the apartment), the check-in person was very rude and started blaming it on the local management and on previous guests misbehaving, and saying that it wasn't fair for me to put this in the review (!) Local management hung up on me when I called around 7pm to find a more reasonable solution. This is the worse short rental customer service i have ever received. The apartment was pretty well kept and functional.
