Great cabin for a family and the amenities were great!

Really enjoyed the cabin it has everything you need and then some. The game room and hot tub are great amenities to have access to during the stay.

The location was great, the amenities (hot tub and game room) were nice to have, and the communication with the host was immediate. No complaints really. The description was accurate so no surprises which is what you always want.

A great cabin for a small family. Close to town and the lake, clean and the game room was awesome.

This place was not presented well. The home had a lot of dog hair which I expected to have some as it is "DOG FRIENDLY ". However.. the entry way smelled of urine. The kitchen is small..they have a big freezer not in the photo which makes the walk way more narrow. You have two cutting board size areas to prep your food. The fridge didn't close properly. I didn't use the stove yet seemed functional.Gameroom.. a lot of the games didn't work 100%. Some buttons weren't functional and didn't allow play. The flooring was broken in a small area and was a tripping hazard during pool game. Hot tub was dirty with bugs and leaves, needs some ph balance. Need a skimmer available. I was very itchy within a few minutes. Water very foamy. Stay was cut short at home because the bunk bedroom smelled of urine. I had me and my kids share the main bed and had to cover every part of the bed. Bed is hard and pillows are thin pancakes. Home was not comfortable at all. VROB made things better for by moving me to a better home. The other spot was perfect. I definitely dont recommend this home.

Fun game room and good location

The cabin had a great game room that kept us entertained. And it was walking distance to Pineknot Trail, which was super convenient for a morning hike.

Great house for a small family

This was perfect for my two kids because of the game room. The wifi was fantastic allowing me to work remote one of our days there.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I. We had so much fun playing pool and fun video games in the game room while watching the big screen. It would be great for a family with kids too! Really enjoyed the deck with bbq and it was a great location. We can’t wait to go back!

Fun for family

We loved the game room and hot tub. All of the game room games and hot tub felt pretty much brand new. The kids loved the rental and it was a great place to actually relax. Location great, close to the village but not too close or hectic.

Lots of fun for all

Great place. Some of the video games need work on the buttons (tmnt Leo and Donatello you can play, rampage the 2 on the right have issues) kids had a fantastic time and we would definitely stay again.

Arcade escape

This rental was perfect for our family needs as a place that is quiet enough for the kids to recharge or put them in the arcade room to burn up some Energy between trips into town. We had great communication with the managers and would recommend this place to others!

Nighttime Family Fun!

A perfect Easter weekend at Evergreen Paradise. Super convenient. Easy check-in and check out. Super clean, although no dishwasher. Most important all games, wiFi, and gas BBQ were in working order! My favorite stay in Big Bear.
