This Destin West condo overlooking the lagoon style pool is nicely decorated in warm and inviting colors throughout the unit with upscale furnishings that will provide you a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy this 3br/2ba unit with views of the lazy river that can sleep up to 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and private master bath with jacuzzi tub, double vanity and lighted walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and wall mounted TV. The family room has a very large sectional sofa for additional guests with a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances which includes a side-by-side fridge/freezer with a water and ice maker, dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, and an over-the-range microwave. A full size washer/dryer is in the unit for your convenience. This unit is tiled throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. The living area opens up to a large covered balcony with table and chairs for casual dining or entertaining while watching the sunset over the bay. The powder-white beach is a short walk across an elevated private foot bridge.

There is free wifi high speed internet access in the unit and many local attractions that are convenient and affordable.

While staying at Destin West you will have access to all of their wonderful amenities. Send your cares downstream as you float away and surrender to the relaxing currents of our 700-foot long lazy river that winds its way through lush landscaping. Or spend the day lounging next to one of many pools (A 5000 square feet pool, kiddy pool, 3 hot tub spa pools, the zero entry pool great for toddlers or the private Heron bay side pool). Relax and enjoy your view while keeping an eye on the kids as they enjoy the lazy river below.

Beautiful property!

The condo was beautiful and large enough for the 8 of us. The beach is across the road from the property, but it wasnā€™t a bad walk, or you can drive just down the road to the public beach access. It was an easy walk to food, the boardwalk, and mini golf. The pool and lazy river were a big hit with the kids. All around a great trip and wonderful memories!

Do Not Stay Here, there is better and pictures are deceiving

I have said in this particular building for the last 3 years and decided to try a different condo and honestly there are better rentals out there. Blood stained sheets, black mold in primary bathroom shower, stained towels, broken closet door, tv not working, broken shelf in fridge just overall the uncleanliness and lack of customer service with no resolution of having to endure this place, you can find much better for the price

Perfect Getaway

The location was convenient to all restaurants and shopping between Fort Walton and Destin. The condo was clean upon arrival! We rented a boat slip from the Complex, which was a short walk to the docks. Perfect for jumping on the boat and heading to the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family greatly enjoyed this lovely condo that had everything we needed!! Our grandsons loved the lazy river & all the pools. Plus the location is close to water activities & restaurants.

Decent property could use some changes

Place is outdated. As in could use a paint job. Not enough sitting space to watch TV. The TV needs to be updated. Pain in the butt that each TV takes 2 remotes (power/ volume ) and then to change the channel. At night you could see other condos that had bigger TV. The living room ceiling fan light cover must have been broken due to no cover on it. All beds need a new mattress. It wasn't cool sleeping on a king mattress that has a good size dip In the middle. Washer and dryer are old, the nobs fell off. The kitchen cabinet nobs also fell off. Learned to Not wash the white bathroom towels with any clothing due to those towels she'd and got white all on clothing. The air conditioning worked good. The glass walkout door was Really and I mean really tough to open. So everyone went through the master room door to get to outside balcony. The balcony was big and spacious. The kids room closet folding door came right off the hinge. There is NOO drawer space to put clothes. They had a closet to hang items up, but I prefer to put things in drawers and not hang them up. The only drawers they have are 2 nightstands in each of the king and queen room. So we kept all clothes in our travel bags ( that was Not cool). Also we found numerous spiders in the bedrooms, so at night it made for uneasy sleeping ( bc you don't know what's crawling on you). Other than all that the place was decent. It was a roof over our head and the kitchen was decent size with good counter space. Could use a bigger kitchen table( only 4 chairs) for eating for 9 people, so some people had to go outside to eat. We have stayed at better condos so we won't be coming back here. I would pay more for one with more amenities. July 2021

Everything was great. The condo was well cleaned and taken care off. Great balcony overlooking the pools and lazy river There were no locks on any of the bathrooms or bedrooms doors and since we were staying with another family it would have been more comfortable knowing you can lock the bathroom But other than that we had a great time

Perfect Getaway

It was amazing. We enjoyed our getaway from the condo to the beach to the entire state of Florida. It was what normal used to be. The condo was clean and roomy. The balcony overlooked the lazy river which the kids enjoyed everyday. The employees were helpful and accommodating. We will definitely make destin west our forever beach getaway.

We loved our stay here! The location is awesome and the owners are even better! Would definitely recommend and weā€™ll be returning! The only thing I would ask for are some kinda hooks to hang towels on in the bathrooms.

Great for kids

The condo was nice and roomy. Great views overlooking the lazy river. For our family having the 3rd bedroom with bunk beds was great for the kids. There was an issue with a leaking sink but called property management and they sent someone right away to take care of it. We would consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful time!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bunks accommodated all the kids comfortably and the new mattresses were great! The kitchen had everything we needed for all the nights that we cooked. The whole family loved all the pools! The only recommendation I would suggest is to get locks on the doors to the guest bath and the bedrooms. With a 3 bedroom condo and several family members; privacy is important but we Made it work.

Wonderful stay in Ft. Walton Beach

This condo was topnotch! It was extremely clean and well kept and very spacious (we had 9 in our group). The new mattresses were perfect. There was more than enough towels. There was nothing more we could have asked for. The resort is kept very clean too and the pool area was great!! We enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to book this condo again. The manager was very quick to respond to any question I had. I definitely recommend this condo for bigger families. : )
