Enjoy this classically decorated 3,000+ sq ft 3 bedroom and 3 full bath unit with beach and bay views. The elegant master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a private bathroom with a separate garden tub and stand up shower, also having a double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bedroom features a nice set of bunk beds with a top twin bed and a full size bed on the bottom. Enjoy the spacious living area this unit has to offer, or step out onto the oversized balcony with table and chairs for casual dining or entertaining while enjoying the breathtaking views overlooking the Bay. Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen area that features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances which includes a side-by-side fridge/freezer with a water and ice maker, dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, and an over-the-range microwave. Nice size dining table, with extra space provided by the snack bar area. A full size washer/dryer is in the unit for your convenience. This unit has tile and wood flooring throughout. The powder-white beach is a short walk across an elevated private foot bridge. Unit sleeps up to 10 people.

There is free wifi high speed internet access in the unit and many local attractions that are convenient and affordable.

While staying at Destin West you will have access to all of their wonderful amenities. Send your cares downstream as you float away and surrender to the relaxing currents of our 700-foot long lazy river that winds its way through lush landscaping. Or spend the day lounging next to one of seven pools (A 5000 square feet pool, kiddy pool, 1 heated pool with waterfall, 3 hot tub spa pools, the zero entry pool great for toddlers or the private Osprey bay side pool).

You will also have access to the Destin West marina where you can fish in the bay. From the condominium, you can walk to mini-golf, shopping, a fishing pier, restaurants and a Gulfarium. Other resort amenities include a state of the art exercise room and covered parking garage.

Check in and checkout went smooth with the contactless process. The room itself was very spacious, and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The views were amazing!! The lazy river was a huge hit. I will say bring your own float to float around (they provide floats at the lazy river but was not comfortable for me). The room was on the main road, so it was easy to get to places quickly. Our vacation here was amazing and would do it again!!

Never had to leave

This place is in a prime location. The boardwalk is within walking distance. The pools, lazy River, access to the bay are all amazing. We will definitely be back. The pictures are very accurate but the size of the place is excellent. Everyone had room to stretch out. We did not feel like we were sitting on top of ones other. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee in the mornings.

The Perfect Place to Stay!!

This property is AMAZING! Everyone that stayed had an awesome time and the only complaint we had was very minor! First off the location, the condo is located perfectly right down the road from the pier/restaraunts and maybe 5 minutes to get into Destin for the boardwalk/crab island. There is also a gas station right next door for those emergency needs. The condo itself is great, plenty of room for everyone, 3 bathrooms, an AMAZING balcony, full kitchen, great pools and a short walk to the beach side. Our only small complaint for the condo is the sliding door to go from the living room to the balcony is HEAVY, to open it from the inside it's not to difficult because the handle is big, but when it's shut and you are outside it takes a lot of force to get it back open, some of the kids could not open the door from outside on the balcony. But like I said this did not affect the stay much and we just worked around it. The property was great, I was allowed to check in about an hour early, and they give you rolling carts to bring all your stuff up from your vehicle which is a great help. The pools are lots of fun, on our side there was 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, a want and a HOT tub, and then the lazy river. Plenty of parking for everyone, we had 4 vehicles and never once did I park more then 15 seconds from the elevator to get up. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a big place to stay for vacation, especially if you have a family and kids!

Family Memorial Day

Condo was great. Tons of room and location was fantastic. Arcade/pizza place next door for the kids. Access to both the bay and the beach from our resort. Would definitely recommend.

Great Family Get Together

Get location and condo. We held Thanksgiving Dinner for 16 in the condo without a problem. Plenty of room to move around and visit including the large balcony. Easy beach and pool access. See you next time.

DESTIN!

What an amazing place in an amazing location! Watched the sunrise every morning from bed and sunset every evening from balcony. Watched a wicked storm come past/over the bay from the safety of the balcony, what a light show even better than the fireworks on the gulf side the night before. Short walk to the pool, lazy river, fishing/boat dock. Bird watching and even saw a sting ray from the balcony. Only negative was the tight spaces to park under the building but there was plenty of spaces to park with more room to load/unload the vehicle in the outside parking.

Family Trip

I have visited this resort several times. This condo was by far the biggest one we have ever stayed at. It accommodated my family of ten with plenty of room. They thought of anything you might need while there. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing view

This condo was super spacious for 8 of us (including 4 kids). It was clean, nicely decorated, and we were very happy with our stay here. The view from multiple rooms is unmatched and we really enjoyed the balcony.

Great view of the bay

Pros:Large unit with a great view of the bay. The location is also very walkable to lots of things. We enjoyed the lazy river and the dock. Cons: Dated Furiture and no supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Not kid friendly

The condo is very large and has a great view of the bay. Plenty of room to spread out. The closets are big enough to sleep in. We ate most meals on the balcony watching the boats. The kitchen supplies are somewhat limited. TVs are really old. We chose this facility because of the lazy River and the extra pools. There are no restrictions on alcohol and adult guests kept their coolers along the edge of the lazy River and filled their glasses from the River as they went around. By Friday it was basically a bar type atmosphere. In the condo beside us a grown woman who was packing up offered my 3 minor children her alcohol that she didn’t want to throw away even after I and my husband told her we didn’t drink. Pretty sure that’s illegal. The next set of neighbors got into a shouting argument from their balcony after midnight with another group of people on the ground. It turned into a parking lot brawl and we had to call the cops to come break it up. People carried off in cop cars and ambulances. Don’t put the pool bracelets on your kids. They will immediately lose them in the lazy River because they are too big and you will have to pay $20 plus tax. If you want to rent a chair on the front row at the beach you have to go wait in line at the hut on the beach about 8:30 before they open. Anyone can put their umbrella in front of you. If you want to put up a tent you have to get behind the front row or go down to the public beach. The public part is much nicer because it’s not crowded. The boat rental next door was very nice and you can use the sidewalk to get there from the back of the property.

Family Getaway

Perfect location for families. Several pool options on-site as well as at their sister location on the other side of the crosswalk. All areas were clean and safe. We also appreciated the easy access to the beach area on the Gulf. Ţwo beach chairs + umbrella are ready to rent for $25/$45 dollars (half vs full day). The property itself is spacious with a gorgeous patio area. Beds were fine. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the bunked room is twin over full and twin over twin. A couple of the closets are big enough to be small bedrooms themselves! The wifi was spotty at times and inconsistent throughout the unit. We had 5 kids trying to do virtual school while we were there, so that posed challenges. Do not plan on anything being left behind by previous tenants. While there were adequate dishes for a family of 6, we needed to bring everything with us from dish soap to salt and pepper shakers. There's not much that's very walkable from the property itself, but plenty to keep our family entertained on site.

Perfect Location

Property was perfect for family get-away. Condo amenities were sufficient for the weeks stay. Extra roomy living areas and comfortable bedding were a plus. Nice views of harbor from balcony

Gorgeous!!

Lots of space even big closets. Everything was so clean. We had a group of 10 people and we never felt on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy and quick with the walk over bridge. Gorgeous view of the bay from the balcony. Pool and lazy river were amazing and very close to the room. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again.
