Walk 7-9 minutes to the beautiful calm Bayside beach & Anna Maria pier, then 4 minute beach walk south takes you to Rod and Reel fishing pier & restaurant pub where water life is seen daily, fishing rods and bait available . Walk further (4 minutes) to “ Bean Point" Beach voted as one of the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world.


Just steps to historic Pine Ave. with quaint shops, restaurants, bike, kayak, and small motor vehicle rentals that is blocks to Annamaria gulf beach public access’s at the end of every street. Famous sandbar restaurant and bar on the beach. Also Bortells local sports bar for late night outings.
Beach gear is provided, however sometimes guests leave items out or at beach....
Small pets have a fenced yard to explore. Sprinklers do come on during the week early in the morning for a couple hours.
There is a laundry room in my Separate mother in law quarters downstairs for guests use staying more than 3 days.

** I live in Georgia but there are times that I stay in my "separate" quarters downstairs, It is a separate entrance and air system. If this is an issue, please let me know at the time of your request as I am always able to visit my family during your stay.
There is a small WATER ACCESS dock steps down our road that leads out to the Anna Maria pier … launch your rental kayak, paddle board or park a jet ski or small boat overnight with prearranged permission . Outdoor fire bundle is available for the yard fire pit $ 10 if requested in advance. An extra bedroom may be available for elderly quests or pets for a additional fee and only upon availability and approval. Gas bbq. Regular coffee pot , blender . Smart tv and in master bedroom and family room .
