Pine Ave and Northshore Drive adorable beach home. Recently remodeled we are open for guests . Anna Maria Island vacation beach house located at the north end of the historic village of Anna Maria, Anna Maria Island. Just steps to Pine Ave, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Walk conveniently everywhere. We have another 2 bedroom 1 bath villa to offer as well, visit VRBO listing # 394722 for information.

Every morning with both of our villas location you can enjoy a short stroll to eating wonderfully fresh baked pastries, breads, and roasted coffee at the local antique shop and bakery just off of Magnolia and Gulf Drive. Stroll down Pine Ave. and step back in time with quaint store fronts and cafe's and front porches all with rocking chairs. Experience some of the best coastal shopping around. Along Pine Ave., Spring Ave, or Magnolia you have quick access to the west side of the island displaying 7 miles of a white sandy beach or to the east, just a short walk to the bay side of the island and spend time on the historic city pier while fishing, or viewing the Sunshine Skyway bridge. While down on Pine you can also experience the quaint downtown area for ice cream, dining, theatre, and shopping.

For the outdoor sport enthusiasts there is fishing, boating kayaking, parasailing, eco-tours, cycling, segway rentals, surfing, jet skis, NEV and golf cart rentals, golfing, and much more.

We have lived and worked here on Anna Maria Island for over 28 years now and would love to share our little piece of paradise with you.

Michelle is so easy to work with and so kind to her guests. This location is so perfect to the restaurants and beach. You can walk easily everywhere and enjoy the quaintness of the island. Love the outdoor space too. Thanks for having us again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on Anna Maria Island. The rental property was beautiful, clean, and property owner was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a property within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Thank you for a great visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great property & excellent location! Very clean and homey with nice outdoor seating area on the side of home and out back with privacy fence. Close walk to the beautiful beach and many shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent this property again!

Close to everything!

Literally a block or two from the trolley, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Plenty of room and the back porch is so pretty!

Great stay

We enjoyed this property very much. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the location with the great walk ability to Pine Avenue with shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The property was very clean and tidy and we appreciated that the owner had a small Christmas tree for us to enjoy since our stay was a few days before Christmas. The fenced in back yard was so nice to enjoy in the evenings. We would love to stay again soon!

We arrived to a beautiful house. Clean and perfect location. Close to the beach and shops. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Beautiful outdoor area on both sides of property. Grill was a staple for us. Great communication. Would highly recommend!

Jan escape from the cold

Our stay at this property was just about perfect. The location is great, just a few blocks from the beach, near the general store, the city pier and trolley stops. The rental was as described, clean and well maintained. My communications with the owners were helpful and I plan to return. I can't think of a single place we visited on the island that we would not return to.

We relocated here to Anna Maria Island 28 years ago from Michigan. We now enjoy raising our family here in this quaint coastal community. We are business owners locally. In addition to running our vacation rental Michelle is a local successful Realtor on Anna Maria Island at Duncan Real Estate, a mom, a local resource for her customers , and recently after Hurricane Helene and Milton hit she now also loves helping people coordinate their property remodels and decor. I enjoy helping to create a lifestyle for my customers so they can also enjoy our amazing tropical sunsets and be a part of a small quaint coastal community. She also finds time to enjoy the beach and watch a few sunsets and volunteer locally.

We chose this property because of its charm and location. Since we lived and work on the island, we knew we could own and operate our very own vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. We also knew that it was a sound investment for ourselves and enjoy being able to share a little bit of this paradise we have found with everyone.

The property is unique in its location. We are open and are welcoming our guests back after our remodel from the hurricanes . This home is sitting at the historic north end of Anna Maria. We are in the heart of the village of Anna Maria just steps away from Pine Ave. shopping and dining district. You are literally at the best end of the island and walking distance from everything local that you would want to enjoy and experience. Although having a vehicle is nice it is not necessary as there is a trolley that runs north and south on the island to all the necessary conveniences the island has to offer.
