2BR, 2Bath recently updated condo at The Villages at Winnipesaukee. Enjoy the large open concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room that overlooks the field and has views of the lake. This unit features 2 bedrooms one with a queen size bed the other with a king, as well as a Sealy Sleeper Sectional Queen sofa bed (there are also twin mattress cots located in each bedroom for additional sleeping options).

The unit has a private full bath off the true master as well as a full bath off the hallway where a barn door has been added allowing it to be a second master bedroom if wanted. All rooms have their own TV's and streaming apps such as YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. The living room has a smart TV for viewing Netflix and other streaming Apps as well as the fire stick apps listed above.

The Villages offers many amenities to its guests including a pool with lounge chairs, grills with a seating area adjacent to the pool, a kids playground, 2 tennis courts, a bocce court, and a basketball court. The unit comes equipped with a cooler, a fold up beach/pool/utility wagon, and a couple camp chairs for you to use by the pool or at the beach, as well as a bocce set, tennis racquets, and a wiffle ball set.

The property also offers a parking lot to store your boat or bike trailer while you use them to enjoy the area. Laundry facilities are located on site for Village guests only. Please note that there are stairs from the parking area to the unit as well as to the entry door.

Located just behind the Kellerhause Ice Cream Shop and just three blocks from the Weirs Beach Boardwalk and all it has to offer, the villages is a great spot to come and relax. Enjoy a day on the lake by walking to Weirs Beach or just put your feet up and relax by the salt water pool. Short walk to area attractions such as restaurants, bars, beach, boat rentals, mini golf, go-karts, batting cages, and more. Skiing at Gunstock only 15 minutes door to door, as well as many great trails and mountain hikes within minutes. Bank of America Pavilion concerts just a 6 mile drive away.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen had every utensil imaginable, there were toys and games for all ages, a really exceptional unit. The owners were very responsive to questions, and checked with us to make sure that all was well. Exceptional.

Convenient to Weirs Beach

The owners were super helpful. The location is very convenient to Weirs Beach and the Lake. It was great having 2 full bathrooms. We liked having a place to park our boat.

Wonderful apartment, very clean and spacious in a great area.The beds were also very comfortable.We had everything we needed and even more. Also the pool area and the Tennis/pickleball court is really nice. We enjoyed all of it. We walked down to the pier and the beach quite a few times, it is just a short walk away. We can also recommend the ice cream at the Kellerhaus, right next to the units.We can absolutely recommend the apartment!

This condo was just the right fit for our needs. All the important things that mattered to us were there: comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi access, on-site amenities such as the tennis courts, walkable to Weirs Beach and other attractions along the pier, and a cozy living space to relax in the evenings. A really nice touch was the detailed information sheet we received from the host, which provided all the necessary logistics for our stay. It also included lots of great tips about nearby things to see, do, and restaurants to consider. We took many of the suggestions for where to eat and were never disappointed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay here again if we planned another trip to Laconia. Thank you!

Short getaway

We stayed here for the New Hampshire nascar race weekend. The location was great, close to everything. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back

Great hosts and condo

It was a great spot for our famil: a pool, playground and basketball court made my kids happy. The hosts were amazing communicators. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or this condo.

Everything we needed

We had a great stay here for our school vacation ski trip. The condo is very conveniently located near Gunstock, great restaurants, a family fun center and more. It was also very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy the time we spent there. Elisha was super nice and helpful before and during our stay. Any time I sent a question, she responded in a matter of minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

The condo had everything we needed. The two bathrooms and set up of the bedrooms was great. Very clean. The pool was wonderful. The pool, property and condo were spotless. We would highly recommend this property. I used Vrbo for the first time and I will use it again!

Clean, convenient, comfortable, and well decorated.

The only real problem with the property is something our hostess has no control over-our age. Because we are seniors there are too many stairs to enter and exit. The internet is spotty but you are in the mountains where even the best gps can fail. Our hostess was responsive and there were clear local directions. We had a great time and our horesponsive

Lakes and trees blushing in the breeze!

The property was as advertised but should have noted not recommended for walking challenged individuals. Steps and no elevators is difficult for people who have leg challenges. A better description of the location directions allow difficulty in missing the facility initially.

Concert weekend

What about Bob!!! We came up for quick birthday concert weekend. Listing was spot on. EASY/CLEAN/RELAXING. Awesome spot for summer(I would imagine). Never been to Lake W, very impressed with everything. Location for the B of NH Pavilion was also spot on, 15 mins to get from condo to parking spot. Flume was very cool. Finally, if you like Mexican food eat at Vida’s. As good as any Mexican restaurant I’ve ever dined at. Huge portions and very nice people. All around a very nice weekend and would strongly recommend.

Very comfortable and clean with pool

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and comfortable- a very well decorated apartment. Our family of five stayed here comfortably, and with the two fold out beds, all kids were able to stay together in the second bedroom. It was nice to have a bathroom off of the master bedroom. We found that with kids, it was not walkable to weirs beach. The apartment is at the top of a very steep hill, so we ended up driving with all our beach stuff and paying $1 an hour to park right at the beach. We loved the swimming pool on the property. It was large with at least 30 chairs and a shaded area to sit.

There are weekends that we go and once we park the car we never start it again until its time to go. We can walk to everything we need.
