A seasonal rental from Mothers Day weekend through Labor Day!

The cabin is a well kept charming summer vacation rental on Lake Winnisquam. It is perfect for couples or small groups looking for a relaxing time in New Hampshire. The cabin sleeps 6; bedroom with king bed, loft with two twin beds, and queen sleeper couch. An open floor plan with hardwood floors, furnished living, dining and equipped kitchen area, hearth with wood stove, utensils, linens, wifi, and TV, - this cabin has everything you will need. A deck with gas grill, table and sitting area and a screened in porch with views of the lake. Cabin is set back from the lake, nestled in the woods, just a short walk down to your own private dock. Dock is equipped with table and chairs and whips for securing your boat.

The immaculate, comfortable cabin and waterfront access was just what we hoped for.We had a mishap caused by our carelessness the first day we arrived. We immediately informed the hosts, offering to compensate them for any cost. Any questions that might have come up during the week they would have been easily available to us. They were nearby, but also respected our privacy. I can easily see why they have people that have been staying at their property often more than a few years. We would highly recommend people who are considering a visit to do so.

The cabin was just as described and we had an excellent view of Lake Winnisquam. We had to do some work during our stay and the wifi set up met our needs. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Access to the lake as described with terrific views throughout the day. Everett and Denise have made their cabin a destination getaway and we enjoyed the warm water fun while soaking up the sun.

We were blown away by this beautiful cabin in the woods, on the lake. Everett and Denise are extremely kind and friendly and prepare an amazing stay, gave us a very memorable vacation. As many have done, we’ve already booked next year! And Everett’s brother gave me an added bonus, his 69 Ford pickup, damn!!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

This was our 3rd Memorial Day Weekend in the cottage. It is an extremely well-kept cottage on a relatively quiet section of the lake. The cottage has everything needed for our stay. Everett and Denise are wonderful hosts that make us feel like family. We look forward to many more Memorial Day Weekends in the cottage.

Quiet location

Planned trip for Laconia bike week. Cottage was just far enough to avoid the noise but close enough to get there quick. Turned out to be a perfect quiet location with great view to settle down after a hectic day

Clean, friendly and relaxing

Our stay was a wonderful experience, as always. This is our 3rd year here and look forward to next year. Everett and Denise are accommodating and our guests throughout the week commented of the cleanliness and how comfortable the owners made them feel. We would give this place 10+ stars if it was an option. We appreciate everything the owners do for us to make our week memorable!!!

Cleanest Most Beautiful cottage and Property

The whole 10 day experience was beyond measure. The cottage is so clean and accommodated our family. In-laws were up for a few days and enjoyed having a glass of wine on the dock! Had grandkiddies and son up half the week and it was grand. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Dock is great for our boat. Owners are wonderful and very helpful. We are grateful and appreciate their kindness to us! We booked for next year!!!

The Perfect Getaway!

The owner and his wife were the consummate hosts. Everything was absolutely perfect! They met us upon arrival and gave a quick tour of the property and covered all the things we needed to know to ensure a comfortable stay. Within the home there were so many thoughtful touches and we love that the kitchen especially had so many “extras” that aided us in hosting visiting family and we lacked for nothing. We are definitely returning. And clean doesn’t come close to describing this spotless home.

Wish I found this gem years ago!

Elliot and Denise were the most gracious hosts. They were the ones who made our little family get together possible. We are forever grateful ☺️ Perfect location, far from tourists (like me), and no traffic noise or crowded beaches. The lake is amazing! Like swimming in bath water…I think my cousin left a ring around it. At 70 years old I was able to get up on the paddle boards and paddle around….. terrified, but loving it. Took the kayaks out a few times as well. The dock and the deck were perfect for just hanging out, for those cowards who didn’t want to swim. The cabin inside was immaculate. The king size bed was sooo comfortable! The kitchen had everything needed and more. I highly recommend the cabin on Winnesquam. I hope to go back. But, if I never. Do, I have special memories to last a lifetime. U

Normally we are uncomfortable having host living and sharing same property but it’s a separate house, separate dock and recreation space. The hosts quickly made it clear they were there to help make the stay optimal. They were wonderful people, My kids enjoyed the experience and the yard, deck and dock were very well maintained beautiful gardens. Owners take special care in being great hosts. We hope to come back.

NH Cottage with Private Access to the Lake

The cottage was located in a quiet area, we had private lake access and the cottage was clean an located central to all of our sites of interest. Would most definitely stay at this location again.

Peaceful cabin in the woods

We loved our stay in this cabin. Upon arrival we were personally greeted by the owners. I immediately noticed how clean and well stocked it was ! It was everything for a long weekend. The view of the lake was a bonus - we will be back !

Vacation in Lake region of NH

We enjoyed our stay in the cabin in Meredith NH. The cabin was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. We came to kayak and it was located near all the lakes and ponds.

Lakeside Retreat

What a fabulous cottage. It has everything that is needed for a great break. The owner Everett could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed the use of the kayaks. It was a first for us!! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to explore the lakes region.

Wonderful owners, beautiful, tranquil setting and clean!

My husband and I were impressed the moment we walked through the door. The place is very clean with many sitting areas. Sitting on the dock was peaceful, a great place to sit, drink coffee and reflect first thing in the morning! Everett, the owner, is accommodating and kind. We are looking forward to going back next year!!
