Perfect couple retreat paradise found at Casa De Luce

It's quite shocking that you have the audacity to rate your stay at my property, given the appalling condition you left it in upon your departure. Not only in terms of cleanliness, but also costly damage I am forced to repair, directly caused by you. The list is long, but to start you carelessly and aggressively threw my hot tub cover off it's hinges, resulting in damage to the cover itself and also left a condom in the hot tub so it’s pretty evident that cleanliness wasn’t a top priority (which had you looked the cleaning supplies were under the sink) you couldn’t even be bothered to throw away used Kleenexes in the garbage instead left them sitting on the counter and also in a drawer with condom and wrapper. I provided basic and simple instructions on how to turn off and on the robot for the pool (which is done with a simple push of a button), apparently, this was too complex as instead of following that single step you chose to yank the pool cord so hard that it disfigured the metal prongs inside the plug rendering it useless and forcing me to now replace it. In regards to not having the home to yourself, nowhere in my listing does it state that you do. Additionally, nowhere in my listing does it state that you have access to a kitchen, or a bbq. My listing clearly states what you can expect during your stay and any confusion about that is no fault of mine. I actually advised you against bringing your portable bbq prior to your arrival due to it being a fire hazard. Despite my cautioning, you chose to bring it anyway placing it on top of the firepit, proceeding to leak grease and oil all over the fire rocks, not only is this a fire hazard as clearly stated, it has required me to replace - in addition to the costly repairs of the new hot tub cover, and pool robot. In regards to the temperature, I tried my best to meet your desired comfort levels. After informing me that you were cold, I turned off the AC and turned on the heat. Then, you told me you were too hot, so I turned the heat off. Then the outdoor lights were “too bright for your eyes”. You had plenty of options to deal with this yourself in your room- including heated floors, a fire place, and an additional portable heater. You also mention privacy - which is funny, given that you helped yourself to wearing my shoes, which I then found misplaced outside. From start to finish you were a difficult guest to say the least- would not follow basic house rules and also checked out late. Your despicable stay has resulted in many repairs to my home. Should you have any doubt about the condition in which you left my home, I would be more than happy to provide photos. In the years I have been hosting I have never felt so disrespected after having two people stay in my home. If there was an option to give you zero stars, I would. Should somebody have the displeasure of hosting you in the future I truly hope you learn some manners and to treat others with respect- the way you would want to be treated. (Only the basic fundamentals which evidently weren’t learned from childhood)
