Entry is through a keyless front door with a custom code shared before arrival, which makes self check in simple for groups arriving at different times. You can park multiple vehicles in the driveway, subject to house rules & local bylaws. The private pool, patio, BBQ & outdoor seating are all for your group only.

The outdoor pool is seasonal & not heated, so water temperatures depend on weather & time of year. For safety, glass is not recommended around the pool area. The home has stairs between levels, which may not be suitable for all guests. Coin or paid laundry facilities are not required here since you have in house machines.

Parking is primarily in the driveway, with capacity based on vehicle size & local rules. Any additional parking on the street is subject to city regulations & availability. There are no additional shared resort facilities at this property, which means the pool & yard stay private to your group.
