Welcome to our Island Home!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this beautiful multi-floor townhome with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and multiple private balconies – each one with great patio furniture. With a private elevator and two car under-unit garage, you will have all of the privacy you desire.

Demere Landing #127 has everything you need for an island getaway!

The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and everything you could possibly need for preparing in-home dinners during your stay. The spacious living room features a 48" high-definition Smart TV – perfect for your Netflix binge, and a book library. The dining room seats 6 with two additional spots at the breakfast bar.

This unit has three bedrooms – the master bedroom has a king size bed, guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. Just in case you need a little more room, the sofa is a sleeper! Each bedroom has flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, nice bedding and private balcony access.

Demere Landing Condominiums are located in a great south-island location near the village, beach, shopping, and restaurants. You will find yourself surrounded by lush landscaping situated in a peaceful and relaxing environment, complete with lagoons and a community pool (open seasonally).

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Dogs are welcome in this unit for an additional $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. (Limit 2)
• Parking for two vehicles is available under the unit in the garage.
• ½ mile to the closest public beach access, .9 mile to Pier and Village Areas

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 5 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

1 - Sleeper Sofa

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.

Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

Very quiet property with plenty of room for everyone. The elevator made getting luggage and groceries upstairs a breeze. It was close enough to the beach and restaurants that my husband, daughter, and guest walked several times. It was a home, not a tiny vacation condo. A really nice place that I have already recommended to friends!

Great location and comfortable stay

Was very surprised how big the location was. With multiple people staying everyone was able to have their own personal space and enough space for all of us to come together. I like walking or biking only a mile into towards downtown stores. Plus, the AC keep things nice and cool.

Nice townhouse

3 levels with 2 car garage. Great location, split level bedrooms. Not fond of carpet in bedrooms. I would replace. Kitchen had all the appliances. Easy access wifi and cable tv. Had a great time. Did not give 5 star due to stains on carpet in bedrooms

Christmas visit the family

Overall, we truly enjoyed the property. The king mattress and it's protector in the master bedroom is completely worn out. The mattress protector is wiped from one end to the other. My husband and I kept on rolling into the middle of the bed, so we did not sleep while throughout the week. The management group is wonderful. When we arrived at the condo, the garage remote was suppose to be on the counter and it was no where to be found throughout the condo. The management group sent over a new one and made sure the outside garage entry system was working. We would love to rent the condo for our next trip, but would request a new mattress. Thank you

Lots of space - needs updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this rental previously. Tons of space for our family of 7. Very open - we love having the garage and elevator for hauling luggage and groceries!Would definitely recommend the owner to update carpeting throughout the home. All carpets were absolutely littered with stains, which wasn't the case just last year. Real Escape verified that carpets had been cleaned, but would recommend replacing if stains remain, as it gives an overall feeling of uncleaniliness. Beds are super comfy but better pillows needed - we had to use 2-3 just to have head support, as the ones on beds are very thin. Lastly, either the prior renters or cleaning service put all towels and sheets into closet while still damp, so we had to wash and dry everything upon arrival.Real Escape is easy to work with and very flexible and addresses everything immediately - this seems to be more of a homeowner issue with a few minor updates needed. We enjoyed our week visiting with family and absolutely adore SSI and Demere Lansing, which is super close to beaches and everything else on the island.

The stay was amazing! The condo was conveniently located near both East Beach and the Pier Village areas. The home was well appointed, with comfortable beds and seating. And since I worked mornings from the rental, having a separate dedicated office with a desk was amazing. There were 4 balconies, all of which were used by our family. The elevator was easy to operate although we didn’t use it much. However the presence of the elevator would give peace of mind for those who may be intimidated by 3 stories of living space. The garage was clean and open (with an additional full fridge) and gave lots of space for parking our rented golf cart and storing our rooftop luggage pod for the week. Overall, as frequent visitors of SSI, we really loved this community and would definitely stay again!

Great Location with Plenty of Space

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. And were happy to be able to bring our 4-legged friend. Easy walk and bike to a number of popular locations. Parking was a bit of a challenge and the condo looked as if it had been surface cleaned rather than thoroughly cleaned, but nothing that was a problem.
