Every Colorado guest may choose available dates for a complimentary stay in the two-bedroom downstairs unit at Casa Vista Belize. Guests whose cumulative spend across Colorado bookings reaches $15,000 receive the entire Casa Vista Belize property - the six-bedroom upstairs and two-bedroom downstairs - at no additional charge.



Arrival and cleaning. Your home is prepared before you arrive. On same day changeovers our team often keeps working right up to check in, using any spare time on deep cleaning items that go beyond a standard turnover. If you arrive and find staff still finishing, the home is ready for you and they will be out of your way shortly. Occasionally a departing guest leaves an unexpected mess or a maintenance issue that needs attention, and in that case we may need a little extra time. We will always tell you if that happens.



A note on the hot tubs. They are the hardest working amenity we have and they are serviced constantly. This home has two hot tubs and we are adding a third so that two are available at all times. Even so, a unit can go out of service for repair during a stay. If one hot tub is working, no refund is offered. If both are out of service for the duration of your stay, a refund of up to $100 is available on request.
