The property is an expansive, well-lit 1st floor end unit in midtown Ocean City, MD, located a mere 50 steps from the beach. 7 5-Star reviews from travelers who stayed in 2018!

The property features plenty of natural light & updated finishes; it comfortably sleeps 7 people. Includes a master bedroom with queen size bed & en suite full bath. Located just down the hall is another full bath and guest room, with one twin and one full size bed. Closets & storage abound throughout this well-maintained gem, which features an open kitchen, dining and living space with an island, bar and dining room table which easily seats 6. The kitchen comes fully stocked, including coffeemaker, blender, toaster and more. Comfy couches and a recliner surround an HDTV with free cable TV & free WiFi. AppleTV is also available for guest use. The larger couch is a pull-out, with a full size bed that sleeps 2. Another rare find? Includes brand new washer/dryer purchased in 2019 & all laundry supplies needed for a beach getaway.

The best treat of all? A large comfortable balcony with ocean views awaits you and your guests, as you enjoy a cold beverage and bayside sunsets. The unit includes a ground floor storage closet, with all owner-provided beach necessities from chairs and umbrellas to children's toys and boogie boards. Includes 2 free parking spaces.

Full-week rentals (Saturday to Saturday preferred) now available for Memorial Day through September 30, 2019, with mini weeks available upon request. 6-night stay minimum preferrable. Non-smoking and no pets. Minimum age of primary renter 25 years or older. Linens (sheets, bath towels & beach towels) available for an additional charge per person. Check-in time: 4PM. Check-out time: 10AM.

100 steps from paradise

Recently remodeled condo; quiet neighborhood; convenient location: 2 mins to the beach, 40 blocks to the Boardwalk (yeah! - far enough...). And, 5 min walk to the gorgeous sunset seen from the Saltwater75 2nd-floor terrace. 5 stars!

Great condo with ocean views

Really enjoyed that you can see the ocean from the back steps and the balcony. Really liked having the keyless entry. Quiet area. The condo was very spacious. It came with a lot of extra toiletries and kitchen supplies in case we forgot something. Enjoyed being steps away from the beach. Thanks again for letting us use your condo for our beach week!

Great stay

Propert just as expected. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. Loved that beach chairs and beach toys were available. Owners were extremely responsive to any issues that arose during our stay and corrected the issue immediately (nothing they could have done to avoid it, lock issue on the storage area). Loved having the beach just a few feet away to walk to every day. Wonderful place to relax with family.

This property is spacious and loca to most anything you wan to do.

Unfortunately the weather was terrible, but the room had games and activities to keep you entertained. I would recommend this property.

Nice kitchen and dining table

The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was great to have a large table that our family of 7 could all sit around. It was very convenient to go to the beach. The chairs and umbrella in the storage area were great.

Great location and great owners!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, only a few steps to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owners were super quick with responding to any questions we had before and during stay. They had everything spelled out for our stay, so we need what we did and didn't need to bring. The condo was comfortable and perfect rooming for myself, my mom and 2 daughters. Will be coming back!

Great Condo Getaway

We were very impressed with the property. The location is perfect - surrounded by other condos and small houses - which meant the beach wasn't crowded. All of the amenities were great, the property was clean and welcoming, and our hosts were attentive and thorough. We hope to come back again!

Beautiful location

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at The Lighthouse. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants with a short drive to Boardwalk. The condo is beautiful and well stocked with all necessities for a family. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to return!

Wonderful beach home

Home was clean and well equipped and the icing on the cake, it allows pets!!!! Woof Woof! Lets start with the human guest review.. Home provided us with everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, TV with cable (lots and lots of channels) in every room and comfortable beds. Been coming to the outer banks for 25+ years and this home is one of the best we've rented. Owners are easy to work with and very quick to respond with any question we had. Pet review, Misty our Westie LOVED the fenced in back yard, made friends with the neighborhood dogs and loved spending time on the gated front porch. Even though she brought her own crate, she appreciated the crates offered by the home owners.. Thanks again for allowing us stay in your wonderful home!

Summer 2019 OC Fun

From renting to checkout, the experience was very good. Very clean, provided a lot of extra’s - including beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice location and very quiet. A good place to stay to relax and enjoy the beach during the day with plenty to do in the evening too. We definitely had a good time for our first trip to OC. Thanks!

Spacious and Bright Condo only Steps to the Beach

From the moment we walked in to this condo, we felt like we were home. Every room is spacious and bright with lots of natural light. It was clean, and you can tell that it's been well maintained. The open living space allowed for everyone to interact with one another, without being crowded. We especially appreciated the owners having beach chairs that we were able to use, which saved us so much room in our cars. The central location was within walking distance of several restaurants and only steps away from the beach! We're already planning our next girl's getaway weekend and will definitely be staying here again!

A perfect vacation getaway for families or couples !

Our experience at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was perfect! The proximity to the beach (within 50 steps of the condo), and the number of restaurants and shops that were within walking distance, made for a carefree vacation. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The focus the owners put on comfort and the attention to detail is far beyond what we have experienced at other rentals. The beds were very comfortable and they supplied games for the kids and books for the adults. There literally was not one thing we would change. We are looking forward to returning next year.... this time for two weeks !!!

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I had an awesome time staying here! The location was absolutely perfect -- just a quick and easy walk to the beach which is very nice when you have smaller children in tow. There were also several great places nearby that you could walk to or everywhere else was just a quick drive in the car. The condo itself was very cozy and comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need during your stay. The owners really went above and beyond in making sure that any "extras" that you might need would be available which was very nice! We especially loved that all of the beach supplies were provided -- chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, etc. It was great not having to worry about packing that stuff ourselves. Overall, we had a really nice time here and would recommend it in a heartbeat!!

Perfect location, clean, spacious, everything we needed and more!

The Lighthouse Condo on 77th was one of the best places we have stayed at in OC. Not only was it extremely clean, it was so spacious! Lots of room! The beds were very comfortable. Two full bathrooms was a huge plus for our family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer was a great bonus. It was also nice not having to worry about parking -there were two secured spots right outside the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The Owners provided everything we needed to have a fun day at the beach. A storage closet on the ground floor (didn’t have to carry anything up!) had a wagon, umbrella, beach blankets, sand toys, chairs, even chairs for the kids which were a huge hit. It saved us from bringing our stuff from home or having to buy new. There was a hose to rinse the sand off before going up to the unit. Everything was just so easy and convenient which made for an enjoyable trip. You also couldn’t beat the location! It was steps to the beach, shops, and some of the best restaurants in OC. We had a great stay and highly recommend. We will be back!
