We purchased this condo in April 2018 and over the years we have added many updates to make your stay feel more like home! Upon entering the property you will notice it’s a gated property! When you walk in the condo you will be greeted with a 55 inch smart tv, electric fireplace, sleeper sofa, and two chairs so that no one in your family feels left out. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open and can be enjoyed by all no matter if you are cooking, watching tv, or just relaxing. The master bedroom features a Vera Wang king size bed with an on suite bathroom and jetted tub. The guest bedroom features 2 new 10 inch memory foam queen size beds and a 40 inch smart tv (for when the kids want to watch their own shows and not what the grownups are watching). The second bathroom has a full bath and shower with ample storage in the walk in closet.
Whether you are enjoying your morning coffee, drinks, or grilling burgers, the deck offers a gas grill and tranquil sounds of water and nature on Table Rock Lake. The property offers a park like setting with pool and private boat ramp and bank fishing.
With this condo you could spend the day in Branson at Silver Dollar City, in Springfield at Bass Pro Shops, or Lampey at Dogwood Canyon and come "home" to relax. For those who cannot disconnect, we offer full WIFI. Please note there are 18 stairs to get in and out of condo.
High quality toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, All Free and Clear laundry detergent, and dishwashing soap are provided.
**Our cleaning company has had additional training provided by the CDC for Covid-19, and we are taking every step possible to ensure a clean and safe environment while you stay in our condo!!**

The room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities weren't the most convenient for a bass boat but were okay for the time we were there since it wasn't too busy. If there were more electrical hookups or even boat slips it would be much better for boats. The boat ramp was good and the lake is beautiful. Overall a great stay.

To whom it may concern,First off, the directions to the actual condo need to be clearer. We were thankful someone was outside going into their car. They directed us to the downstairs, around the corner condo. The condo was filthy. The floors had price tags, bobby pins, rubber bands, dust, candy wrappers under the bed, full, half full and empty water bottles under the bed. BOTH bathrooms had hair in the shower drains and the one shower had hair clinging to the walls of the shower. Only two towels per bathroom, they need more towels. AND the condo had centipedes and flies.. we killed 2 centipedes which I believe the flies were trying to get to for their meals.The TV in the double bed bedroom did NOT work, furniture was very dusty. I am not sure who cleans the condo, but they did NOT for our stay. The utensils were filthy, and the coffee cups were dirty. The air conditioning does not cool the condo down. It goes down to 68, the lowest it would let us go, it was not even chilly. One box fan in the master bedroom, both rooms should have box fans. Very disappointing but I will say that the owners were very communicative. I did appreciate that.Thank you. This does not steer us from using Vrbo but we figured you should know.

Family Reunion

The location was nice in Kimberling City. The condo was very nice! Comfortable beds and furniture! Close to retail and restaurants. Right on Tablerock. Would highly recommend!!

Lake Vacation

My friends and I took a nice long weekend trip to Table Rock Lake and we had the best time! The location of the condo was wonderful and we loved everything it had to offer! The communication with Donna and Travis was great and we loved that you could see a little bit of the lake from the condo! We will be back in the future!

Perfect family vacation

This property was wonderful. I loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable! We did get hurt a few times running into the beds (in the second bedroom I think the beds were too big for the size of the room) so we left a little bruised so just be careful. The host was so welcoming and helpful. They messaged back so fast so we were impressed!! It was perfect for our family getaway. The views of the water were so beautiful as well. There was only one laundry pod left so we had to go get more detergent to wash the towels before check out so maybe bring some detergent just incase they run low again. All in all, it was a great stay and we would love to stay again!!!

We came to the Ozarks to help a friend with her parents estate sale. The location and amenities worked out great for us. We would definitely come back for a vacation someday!

The condo was perfect and situated nicely. We had a good amount of privacy. It was wonderful. Table Rock and the coven there are very clean and just awesome.

Great spot

Great spot. Master bathroom shower is not great. It needs updated. The second shower was totally fine. Updated shower head. Everything else was great! Would stay here again.

Fun family trip

Nice value for close to water

The condo was nice. Be aware of many stairs. It is near the water but very hilly- not very walking friendly to community amenities and water. The price was very good for location.

Great condo…so so neighborhood

The condo itself was great. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It seems up to date the beds were all very comfortable. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. The only issue was with the larger property itself. It did not feel very welcoming and any interactions with employees of the time share side and the man on the condo side were extremely rude. There are many rules that are strictly enforced, which I am guessing are because of issues they have had in the past, but for families that are just there to enjoy a weekend on the lake, it didn’t make me want to come back. In fact it made me want to leave as soon as we could. It’s unfortunate because this really was an awesome condo, but we will never stay here again because of the interactions with the staff on site.

Family Vacay

This condo was nice and just enough room for all 6 of us! We rented peddle boats and canoes on the last day and it was very relaxing. We also enjoyed silver dollar city and a round of Golf at LedgeStone. It was always nice after a full day to come back to this quiet condo!

We are Travis and Donna Young from central Arkansas. Our journey started in 2009 when we were married in Branson, MO, on the Princess Yacht on Lake Taneycomo. We grew up in Arkansas, but have always enjoyed our trips to Branson. We have 2 children ages 19 and 11. We purchased this condo in April 2018 to enjoy family time and make memories. Now, we have the opportunity to enjoy our condo and share it with you.

One of the things we really liked about this property is the safety. With it being off the beaten path, security shack at the front entrance, and workers always on site, we just felt it was one of the most secure places to bring our family for a safe and good time.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The reason we chose this property is because we have always loved the Branson area, but are also a lake family. The property gave us the closeness to Branson, but also put us right on the lake. We like to fish, swim, and just hang out on the boat-but the girls also like to shop!
