Dishwasher. A long Island w/prep sink & desk completes
the prefect place to create a 7 course meal or just begin
the day with a cup of coffee or tea; the Kitchen Nook has
casual seating for six and opens to the cozy Family Room
with HD TV ( cable included ), DVD & gas Fireplace ~ French
Doors bring you out to the relaxing back yard ~ which includes
a built-in Barbecue Island, an outdoor Living Room w/Shade,
an extra Patio Table w/Umbrella for al fresco dining & a
refreshing, oversized, non-heated Spa with waterfall. Separate 1/2 Bath off

Absolutely Perfect!

What a beautiful house and outside space! If you are needing 4 bedrooms in that are, this is the perfect house! Book it asap! Quick responses from management and had anything and everything we needed for a beyond comfortable stay!!

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

The property had a lot of character and was big enough to host our family Thanksgiving dinner for seven. The house was clean and well organized. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Great place!

Very nice neighborhood. Lots of small parks to play in within walking distance. Many residential roads for good walking. Backyard space great to hang out in with a huge professional grill. House nicely furnished, well kept, very clean. Perfect place for us to stay.

Warm and comfortable home with fenced yard for pups

Really enjoyed our stay in San Diego. Home was clean and comfortable--looked just like the listing. Especially enjoyed soft furnishings like carpets and window treatments that muted the hollow sound most rentals have these days. Felt like a real home to enjoy. Check in was simple and great communication with listing agent. Appreciated the fenced yard with beautiful outdoor space where our pups could freely roam and sit in the sun out back. Highly recommend.

Property was well maintained, clean, comfortable, and spacious for 5 adults. Great location for La Jolla & Del Mar access. Spa was nice and held water temperature well. Waterfall was pretty but a bit loud so we didn't run it much. Nice kitchen with everything functioning properly except coffee maker (which was replaced quickly).

We regret you found issues with the Home. We try very hard to provide you with an excellent experience - as is reflected in the majority of our Reviews. Upon arrival, Tenant texted us of a problem with one of the toilet handles - we had someone there the next day to fix it. She made no mention of any problem with "cleanliness"...which is one of the many "liked" items listed in our Reviews. We have 33 Reviews and 27 of them are 10/10 - and no other Review does anything but "likes" the Cleanliness. After all these years, I still am at a lost as to why Tenants do not communicate to us an issue but then puts it in a Review after their departure - not allowing us the opportunity to correct it for them during their stay. If I had known she thought the Linen was dirty, I would have sent our Housekeeper to change out the items. The House is decorated a certain way which may not be as all Tenants would decorate their own...but has a lot of beauty and charm. We are unaware of "a lot of repairs" needed? The Owner is very attentive to anything that needs repair and takes care of it at once. The Home is in Excellent Shape and ( as the many other Reviews reflect ) is very well equipped. There is a pool scoop located on side of home for removal of leaves from the oversized Spa if wind blows items into it on days that service is not done. Spa serviceman comes early and is rarely seen or heard.

Great house for my family

We really liked this house. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of one another which is key with teens. They really liked the spa as well. My 15 year old also liked cooking in the kitchen. Location was great too. In addition to the house and location being great, the property manager was great too. On our last day the airline canceled our flight home and they were able to help us out with a late checkout so that we didn’t have to spend eight hours at the airport.

Beautiful house in a perfect neighborhood.

This is our second year at this house and we have enjoyed this visit just as much as the first. Our son and grandson live nearby and we have enough room for them to stay some nights when they are able. We love the grand piano as well. The backyard is large and beautiful and our little dog loves it. The property manager is always available in case you need her and things get taken care of quickly. We hope to return next yearr.

Great location very quiet neighborhood

Overall our stay went well. We came to town with several families staying in the area for a National Soccer tournament. We prepared food and had some guests over 2 nighys but the boys had a strict bedtime so never late. The house is dated and pet friendly however this was not a concern for us. The manager contacted us on Friday night at 9pm with a noise complaint. We were not being very loud especially for a Friday night wrapping up up dinner but did have some boys playing in the front because we were starting to wrap up the team dinner and people were leaving. Overall we had a great stay just this one issue.

Great neighborhood

The house was very spacious and well equipped for cooking. The furniture is pretty dated but comfortable. The only problem we had was the uverse dvr for tv viewing. We reported the tv kept freezing and the property manager kept telling us to reset the router which would solve the tv viewing problem for about 30 minutes then the tv would freeze again. We put up with no tv for several weeks then i finally sent a video of the tv screen frozen and they finally called for service. So i was frustrated at paying a premium for a rental with spotty tv service. The problem was fixed after weeks of frustrating communication with the property manager. They also cancelled movie chanels during our stay with no communication.

We are pleased that you like the house through your months of occupancy and even extension. We try very hard to handle any issues as they come up. As soon as we were aware of the cable issue, we sent a tech to fix the problem. Until we read this review, we were unaware of any channels disappearing from the lineup. We did not cancel or change anything but will now look into it.

Great stay with one minor issue

Loved the location and the the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was a great setup for four single people each with our own bedroom. We didn’t use the spa, but we did grill out and loved the outdoor seating areas. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the TV sitting area. There was also a nice office area for one of our party who had to work. Loved almost everything about the house. Now for the one issue. Peaceful evenings were interrupted by a loud gnawing sound in the walls. Never having seen the animal making the noise, I can’t say what it was but could guess, The owner wanted me to investigate and take pictures which I thought was an odd request as I had no idea where it was exactly. Plus, I didn’t feel like spending my vacation time looking for “droppings”. I expected they would send someone to investigate, but instead they were rather dismissive of me and felt it was better to come out after we left as to “not disturb our vacation”. Meanwhile, the noises continued. Sound sleepers may never even notice it, but it was loud enough to wake me. Hopefully, they have taken care of this by the time you read this review, but sadly due to the way my complaint was handled, I couldn’t recommend this property wholeheartedly.

Spacious family house in a great location

My family and I stayed at the house for 6 months. It is spacious and well furnished for a big family. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. The outdoor patio area is also very comfortable to sit back and relax. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood for families with two parks within the walking distance. It is also very close to Torrey Pines and other SD attractions. The property manager is great too. She was very prompt and fixed any issues with the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, ample space in house and on patio

This worked fairly well for us while visiting our grandson who is a Marine stationed nearby. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and convenient to access main highways, restaurants and shops. The house is spacious, although we didn’t use the living room or dining room because the furnishings seemed a bit impractical for comfort. The family room furniture was not very comfortable and we thought it would have been nice to have more seating while we watched TV in the evenings. The bedrooms were very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and bedding, and the bathrooms were also very nice. The outdoor grill was great for us to use. There are some things which need to be updated and repaired. We did encounter some issues which the property manager helped resolve, but dampened our vacation time somewhat.

Great big house in gorgeous neighborhood

We enjoyed the house and the location. It’s handy to virtually everything. The property mgr was terrific and we only had one occasion to ask for help. We needed a couple of lightbulbs replaced. The rooms are large, the kitchen has high end appliances and the back yard is truly beautiful. Our son and grandson who live nearby stayed overnight some nights and our friend from Oregon came to visit for a short time. There was plenty of room for everyone on those nights. When we were just the two of us, the house is so big we rattled around in it. We highly recommend this home.

Del Mar Perfect

All three couples attending the Breeders Cup Races had a great time and enjoyed Pam’s accommodations. Amenities were as described. We grilled outdoors one night, kitchen and breakfast table were open to the living room, so everyone could interact during/after meals, piano was a nice touch & bedding was comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Home away from home.

Beautiful home in a great location, close to expressways, dining and shopping. I would recommend this home to anyone and if ever traveling to San Diego in the future I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our host Pam was always available for any questions we had before and during our stay.
