Beautiful and Private Guest Apartment - Close to USAFA & Garden of the Gods!

This is a spacious, private and impeccably clean guest apartment attached to a home. It is beautifully decorated with fresh and modern furnishings and is light and airy with many amenities! All separate and secure.

A 1,600 sq. ft. guest apartment with a private keyless entrance and no stairs to climb. Contemporary fresh feel with a cozy warmth. Spacious entertainment area with 65" HDTV, Heated floors in bathrooms, Beautiful modern gas fireplace. Lovely & private outdoor patio area, private parking, keypad entrance, full laundry facilities.
The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge and beverage center, counter top toaster oven/airfryer, microwave, blender, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle and china/utensils/glassware. Please note that there is NO full-sized stove/oven unit. An electric griddle and Crock-Pot are available upon request. Some teas, hot chocolate, water bottles and snacks are provided. You will also have access to a gas grill upon request. There is a washer and dryer available! on the same level as well.

There are two private suites off the main living area. The front sleep area has a bedroom with a queen bed, large sunny window and a private full bathroom with heated floors. The second sleep area has two bedrooms that shares a full bath with heated floors, glass shower and soaking tub. The first of the two bedrooms in this suite area has a queen bed and a twin bed with a walk-in closet and large window. The second bedroom has a bunk bed plus one twin bed with a cozy reading nook, nice closet space and a large window.

Perfect Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO. It is exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need and more. The hosts are kind and helpful. We loved seeing the deer and walking on the trails in the neighborhood. We hope to be back someday. We ate at Marigolds and it was excellent. Just all in all great. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

I have stayed at a few airb&b and this one by far is the absolute best!! Everything about this property is amazing. It has beautiful interior and very well stocked with everything you could think of. Perfect for a friends reunion and get away.

This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever had. Everything was as advertised, and more. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, well appointed living - dining room and kitchen, and the location was so convenient to all the things we wanted to do - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Springs. We met old friends here and saw all that the area had to offer. The space was perfect for two couples, andJan was very responsive. We will be back if we find ourselves in that part of the country again. We used the kitchen and the patio including the grill. Everything was in beautiful condition and we could not be happier. I know you will be, too.

I was very pleased with the apartment. The apartment was really organized cleaned and accommodating

I really liked how spacious the apartment was, it was roughly 20 mins from downtown Colorado Springs. The owner was really nice and very accessible. The apartment was really nice, clean and very accommodating it made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay.

The place was beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfy beds, luxurious linens and towels. The owners were super nice. The location was great. We enjoyed hiking and eating out. A fantastic vacation!

Beautiful mountain retreat!

Jan and Mike have thought about every little detail to make your stay amazing! Top-notch kitchen and bath fixtures, comfy beds with luxurious bedding, soft towels, beverage refrigerator fully stocked with water, snacks including nuts, cereal bars and cookies, Keurig coffee maker with pods, flavored creamers in the larger frig, and my favorite perk -- a DeLonghi espresso maker with pods -- such an amazing addition! We stayed with our two young adult children and the far end was almost like a separate unit for them with the other two bedrooms and bathroom which could be closed off with a door. Great for that rare morning when they got to sleep in! The location was beyond beautiful and we had deer outside our door every morning grazing on the natural landscape that surrounds Jan and Mike's property. An easy drive to everywhere you want to be -- Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, and more. Jan and Mike were wonderful hosts with great communication and have thought of every detail to make your stay wonderful. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us! Lisa Reuter

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

This place is so pretty and clean. I have never stayed at a place where every little detail was to perfection. We did not have to guess what a switch went to since they are all labeled. Everything we needed and didn't know we needed was available. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the area. THE BEDS!!! So comfy. Hotel quality sheets and towels (which there was plenty of). Jan is the sweetest hostess and communicated everything we needed to know. I would love to stay here again if we are in the area and it is available.

Beautiful property close to many activities

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Short drive to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. The home feels brand new and is sparkling clean. It has a grill on a nice patio that we used regularly. The owners were readily available if we needed anything and graciously responded to our requests for tourist information. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay in an impressive home

Beautifully furnished ground floor open concept apartment with everything we needed and more! Jan and Mike were very responsive and friendly. You can tell they really thought about what a guest might need to be happy there. From very comfortable beds and pillows, tower fans in each bedroom, plenty of soft towels, shampoo, conditioner and makeup remover wipes in the bathrooms, bottled water and snacks in the kitchen to various k-cups and creamers for coffee -- this place had it all! The only negative experience was that we had very intermittent Verizon and AT&T cell phone service in the Peregrine area. I couldn't text photos of our vacation activities in the evening when we got back to the apartment. We experienced that intermittent cell service in various places around Colorado Springs - must be due to the mountains. Thanks Jan & Mike for a very enjoyable stay!

An Oasis in Colorado Springs

Our daughter was being in-processed at the U.S. Air Force Academy and we needed a place for her and our family to stretch out, relax and catch our breath before joining the military. This place was absolutely perfect. When we were on the run, we had easy access to everything in Colorado Springs. When we wanted to simply “chill,” the very open space comfortably allowed us to relax. The three bedrooms (two with two beds) were designed to give you a great night’s sleep. If you had to stay at cramped hotels, the bathrooms of this property will simply spoil you (and probably make you want to redecorate your own home). The kitchen has a crazy amount of counter space and family-friendly seating at the table. Across the property is a trailhead that offers a great hike with a gorgeous view of the valley. Looking for an oasis in Colorado Springs? You found it.

I am a dispute resolution Specialist and own a local conflict management business. My husband works for Navigators on the beautiful Glen Eyrie grounds. We have eight years of cross cultural experience living and working in Brazil and have served as international consultants in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. We also love to HIKE, play tennis and enjoy informal gatherings with friends and family.

This is a lovely, brand new walk-out with fresh and modern furnishings, windows and lots of natural light. The guest area is a completely private walkout lower level with a large open space that offers a kitchen, dining area, large gas fireplace, separate and secure entrance, HDTV, telescope and various books/board games. There are two private suites off the main living area. The front suite has a bedroom with a queen bed, large sunny window and a private full bathroom. The second suite area has two bedrooms and a full bath with a round shower and soaking tub. The first bedroom in this suite area has a queen bed and a twin bed with a walk-in closet and large window. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a cozy reading nook, nice closet space and a large window. There is also an extra floor twin mattress and queen-sized air mattress available upon request. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge and beverage center, toaster-oven, microwave, dishwasher, Kuerig coffee maker, electric tea kettle and china/utensils. Full sized coffee maker available upon request. Some teas, hot chocolate, water bottles and snacks are provided. You will also have access to a gas grill and may use the upstairs washer and dryer when we are home.
