Family and Pet Friendly Tropical Paradise

Located in beautiful and tranquil Rocky Point, our 3 bedroom/ 2 bath pool home offers our guests a relaxing piece of paradise. Fully appointed with all the comforts of home, this is the perfect place to spend your tropical vacation. Easy to access to the Manatee Pocket for an intracoastal adventure or a short jaunt to the St Lucie inlet and some of the best offshore fishing in the state. There’s a reason why Stuart is called “The Sailfish Capital of the World!”. Not a boater? The beach is only 20 minutes away.

Inside the home, you will find two separate living areas each with a TV, Amazon fire stick, and DVD player. One is set up as a game room with a shuffleboard table, board games, and tons of DVD's. The large kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Pots, pans, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, towels, blender, and two coffee makers (Keurig and traditional) are provided for your convenience. The indoor laundry area features a full size Whirlpool washer and dryer. The 3 bedrooms have a king bed, a queen, and bunk beds (twin over full). Wireless internet is included. There is a walk in shower in one bathroom and a shower with tub in the other. Both have a hair dryer for your convenience. Linens and towels are provided.

Walk through the slider door and you will enter the outdoor screened living space perfect for enjoying breezy evenings. Behind the safety fence, you will find the sparkling pool (can be heated for a small fee - discuss with host). It’s perfect for splashing and playing or just floating and relaxing. There is also a patio table if you want to dine by the pool. Outside the screened area is a gas grill to cook your catch of the day. The backyard is fenced for your privacy.

For families: Kids love the bunk beds and pool which has a safety fence. There are two separate living areas so the kids can watch a movie while the adults relax and have a conversation. The area has many beautiful parks and the Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast is only 20 minutes away. Feel free to enjoy our beach and pool toys, movies, and games.

For pets: Tiled floors throughout and a fenced yard make it ideal for bringing your best friend along on your getaway. Please do not allow pets on the furniture or beds and please pick up after your dog in the yard. Pet fee of $25 per night per pet (max $400 per stay and max 2 pets) must be paid before check-in. Please notify the host if you are bringing pets.

About the area: The quaint fishing village of Port Salerno is only about a mile away and features numerous waterfront restaurants, shops, and marinas, as well as a lively nightlife. Downtown Stuart is about 15 minutes away and features more restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife. Stuart’s Riverwalk is perfect for a scenic stroll after dinner. Opportunities for golf, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, antiquing, dining, and relaxing abound in this happy seaside town.

If you need anything, we are always just a message or phone call away. Otherwise, we give you your privacy. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Both short term and long term (winter) rentals are available. Since we also enjoy the house for our personal use, please feel free to inquire about availability if your dates overlap a date that shows as unavailable on the calendar. We may be able to work something out.
