Villa Dova Farm

Our dreamy "Farm Villa Dova" is a unique and spacious villa of 220 sq.m. that can fit up to 8 people. The estate is strategically developed in a quiet and safe area, on a small hill, in the middle of a 5000 sq.m. plot, filled with gardens, with a beach view and plenty of space all over.

We are welcoming and meeting people from all over the world. We're fans of hospitality and we guarantee your privacy, discretion and comfort during your stay.

THE SPACE

What you get in the villa:

- Ground floor (main): living room, kitchen, WC with shower

- 1st floor/entresol: 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen size beds, airconditioned, 1 full bathroom

- 1st floor/loft: big loft area with 1oversized king size bed and 2 single beds

- In all spaces there are several built sofas for relaxation (that could be used also for sleep)

- Closets with extra linens, towels, pillows

- 3 TVs flat-screens

- Stove/oven, coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, barbeque

- 1 extra external shower in the garden

- Private parking space for up to 4 cars

- WiFi

- Big garden and terraces ideal for beach sight viewing and relax during your holidays

A vehicle is required for getting around exploring the area. There are many places to visit, like the megalithic monuments called "Dragon Houses", "Dimosari Gorge" etc, along with very beautiful small beaches at Aegean and at Evoikos Sea.

You have access to the entire house.

There is an autonomous guest house attached to the main villa, which is used discreetly by the owner to provide technical support for the farm and also administration services to the guests.

I am always available for questions, tips and advices! We can also contact through mobile phone (viber, messenger etc...).

Will be close to you for any kind of assistance and/or backing you may need 24/7.

We expect from our guests to respect the common sense rules of accommodation.

RULES

- You are all very welcome to my house and I am sure you will treat my place as yours! It has been made with lots of love and care from my part! Thank you in advance!

- To oblige with local regulations, Passport or National ID should be provided.

- Please confirm number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.

- Smoking: We kindly request not to smoke inside the villa. There is plenty of space to enjoy smoking outside.

- Noise: There is not an issue with noise, as the villa is autonomus and there are not neighbours near by.

- Security: We request that during your stay you keep the key and make sure the property is locked when no one is present.

- Be responsible with the use of air-conditioning and electricity by turning the A/C units and lights off when they're not needed or when leaving the villa.

- We're friendly with pets, but please consider that there are cats at the outside area of the villa, so cats are very welcome too!

- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

- • Standard arrival time is after 12:00 (12 p.m.) onwards. If you would like to come in earlier, please feel free to ask and we'll try to accommodate.

- • I will always be present at check-in to meet you, hand you the keys, explain to you how things work and answer any questions you may have.

- • Departure is usually at 11.00 a.m. at the latest; so as to allow time for the cleaning person to clean and prepare the villa for the next guests. (Unless, of course, there are no guests checking-in the same day).
