The first floor living area is expansive and comfortable. The open floor plan to include kitchen (fully stocked) and dining are perfect to enhance quality family time. This area also opens onto the beautiful outside dining area/courtyard/pool. In the evening enjoy dining Al Fresco with the twinkle of ceiling lights/fans and the sound of water cascading down the pool. There is natural gas grill should you choose to prepare your favorite meal. Also on the first level is the washer/dryer and a full bathroom.
Proceed up the grand staircase to the second floor where there are two king master bedrooms two full baths and a cozy bunk area that can be closed off by a curtain, great for the kiddo's.
On the third level is another King bedroom and a twin bedded room. Also a full bath to include a tub/shower combination.
